Guy is a great guy. Funniest dude you'll ever meet. Makes you wanna shoot the sh*t with him when you're not in school. Makes the course material a little easier to deal with.

Found this class very easy and somewhat boring at times. His jokes were corny. Professor Gleason breaks everything down to help everyone understand. He realizes this is just a GER course and teaches it that way.

He's great. You don't really need to show up if you have a basic understanding of math. Real easy to get along with, funny too. You'll have a good time in this class.

Easiest math class I've ever taken. He goes over every step until EVERYONE understands. Take this class if you want an "A."

I tried so hard and he was more than accomodating. I have a feeling hes gonna have me in his class for 3 more semesters (at least) But thats my plan since hes so good. Funny guy too, is sharper than he claims to be

This is my second time taking him for a class and I find that I will laugh at his jokes when he repeats them again. I hate math but he makes the atmosphere pleasant. hes sharper than he acts tho, and can tell when someones blowing off the work. Hes great.

The best and funniest teacher ever!! I recommend him for sure! He makes the best jokes, which makes the class go by fast. The material is easy, and he wrote is own book. He's cute!

very very very easy!

He goes over the necessary topics in detail and skips all he junk in the book. He doesn't assign too much home work, and doesn't check it anyways. Overall he is very nice and easy to follow + stresses he was once National Educator of the year!!!

one of the best teachers i have had. if you know basic math this guy can teach you chinese algebra

For stats he was a nightmare. I hated the subject and the way it was taught, BUT calc 2, my God was he great. I didn't have him for calc1 and I struggled very bad, but calc 2 was like a breath of fresh air. He is so funny and so nice and makes the class laugh because of his crazy ways. What a great guy and class.

Love him! He's a great professor. Very funny and really enjoys what he does. I'm not a born mathematician, but I faired well in this class. If you need help, he'll give it to you. The tests aren't incredibly difficult and he gives time at the end for you to look over your answers... I suggest you use that time wisely!

This guy seems to like his job and tries hard to make class entertaining. I found his tests very easy and I was dreading the class before I took it. He explains everything very well and always goes over all the homework and the entire test. DOESNT TAKE ATTENDANCE.

This guy is great. No matter which class, all he gives in 3 tests and a final. If you pay attention in class you will be all set. The guy is pretty funny too, Monomer L. Smith.

Most def. take this prof. He's great! Not only does he explain calc. well but he's a riot. I sit in class everyday laughing at his crazy sayings. Take him for a year and you'll know what he's going to say before he even says it. You'll think that way about the math he's teaching too.

Best math teacher ever. His lectures are clear and understandable. He will go over the homework every class, and don't be afraid to ask questions because he will help you anyway he can.

Class is very easy but only if you go & pay attention. If you go to class & know what's going on then the tests are easy. Don't miss class or you'll miss a whole lesson.

best professor ive ever had. hilarious in class, always makes fun of himself and tells funny analogies. extremely helpful if you dont understand something. hw isnt mandatory but kinda recommended cuz he gets his test material from it

THIS MAN IS THE GREATEST MAN TO WALK THE FACE OF THE EARTH. He could teach a monkey how to do advanced calc II. He's the only math teacher I've ever enjoyed. He's funny and amazingly helpful. I love Walta!

This professor is a really funny guy. Personally, I learned alot and enjoyed being in his class. His tests were short and to the point, pretty easy. He's always willing to help his students. I would def recommend him.

I took him for both 142 and 141. He is a really nice guy and I've never seen anyone who loves to teach this much! He's really laid back, just do the homework and go to class!

He's not bad. I feel bad because he's a nice guy, but he's really boring. At first he's funny, but then it's all the same jokes. Plus, everything he taught, I had already learned in highschool, so it was a big waste of time. It's also hard to concentrate because he takes so long to do one problem.

Great guy, goes out of his way to help students. I wish there were more professors like him. Highly recommend.

Take him! Teaches new concept & goes over even HW #s for that topic. Assigns odd #s for HW (not graded) which is good bc u can check work in back of book. Goes over HW odd #s each class. Reviews for exams, and exam questions always same setup as odd HW #s, so benefits you to do them. Attendance not mandatory, but attending only helps you do better!

The best professor I've had. He's the funniest dude ever and explains everything and goes over everything. He's the man.

I took Applied Business Calculus (Math144) with him over the summer 1 session. Since it is shortened, he has to remove certain material usually covered. He will stop and go over something if you don't understand. Use tutoring resources. Not a terribly hard class. I'm a MGMT major, not Math, and I did well.
