kept me awake at 8:00am. crazy sense of humour and pleasant attitude.use study guide and you'll do very well on tests.

Great prof...Very smart man The fact that he was able to keep me up at 8am is testament to how engaging he was. Do the study guid and you will do fine on exams...also get the participation marks - they can make a difference.

You learn lots if you do the work, you die if you slack

Loved this class. Great teacher. Very funny. Expecially important in an 8AM class. Tests are not cumulative. Final exam is only one chapter. No projects, no essay. M/C and short answer and/or labelling on tests. Gave 15 min breaks. Wished he taught 1200.

wayne... where do i start. hah hes soo funny entertaining helpful and easy to undertsand if you do the reading before class, i suggest this teacher as he is super duper in all aspects aight peace yall, yah wayne wiull you be my sugar daddy?

he is awesome loves his job and his students good man, his class is entertaining and you can learn alot READ the chapter before class it makes it easier.

Awesome teacher...very funny. I took the class at 8am on monday and he actually kept me awake. Very helpful, tells lots of jokes. Fair with break time. If you're taking psych 1100, sign up with this teacher. Just make sure you read the text b4 class

Awesome teacher! Very funny because he jokes around a lot. Gives re-test that will add up to yer previous test mark which is really kewl cuz if he didnt give them, i could have ended up a B- than a B+....hes a great teacher...

I found wayne to be a wicked prof.Given,he does joke around alot,but that is what makes him great.It is really up to the student to do well in 1100 with wayne,if you stay up to date with the text and take good notes you will do fine and have a GREAT time.

wayne is one of the most interesting teachers ive ever had. tells a lot of stories, gets off track a bit but class is very interesting and fun. like any other course, you have to work a bit in order to do well. i would highly recommend him if your other classes are a bore!

Amazing teacher! Anyone who says he's a hard maker obviously wasn't listening in class. Very funny...makes the course interesting. He actually makes you WANT to go to class. I would definately recommend him to anyone who wants to have a good time

heading into applied psyc take note: get on his good side/pay attention - he IS the program. majority of valuable info u get out of program comes from him and research done in his class...if u cant hack it in his world you wont be able to in the real world. deal with it! He expects a lot, marks hard, works u to the bone BUT ull learn it from him!

If you come to school to learn, this teacher is the best. If you come to get an A, he'll be your worst nightmare.

For a professor of this caliber to get such a low mark shows that this web site is not accurate. He is phenominal and quick as a whip; highly intelligent, cares about his students (stop him in the hallway and see if he blows you off), and loves his field. His stories are hilarious, he is extremely charismatic, and a treasure to the faculty.

He's funnny but hard. His class class is entertaining and you learn lots (a lot of which has nothing to do with psychology) but his grades are pretty low. Pay attention in his lectures thats where he gets most of his test questions from.

Wayne's classes are never boring! He's willing to explain and re-explain if you just ask. A huge amount of material to cover - you have to pay attention in class. Exams are very hard, but only because there's so much info - if you read the text, study guide and review his lecture notes, there are few surprises.

One of the few instructors that actually teaches at the university level. Works you hard but you learn lots and are really prepared.

hes one of my favourite profs. loved every single class, hes very knowledgeable and fills you in on the most interesting and the craziest stuff. if you are interested in psyc then definately take him. his humor cracks me up, very laid back. tests are easy if you study the stuff he points out and do the study guide.

Be prepared to have a good grasp of what psych 1100 requires you to know in the textbook because if you're use to having As, this course might bring your gpa down a bit. Overall, Wayne is an awesome teacher. You're given test's outline & what to study. & for those who complain he's hard, those people should go back to hs b/c this is college.

Welcome to reality! Wayne is Psych. If you keep up with the reading and come to class then you may pass his class. I've seen students cry and I've seen students smile. Wayne will make you do both. Stcik with it because he's fair and wants you to do well but YOU HAVE TO WORK. His classes prepare you for life.

great teacher, keeps your attention for the whole time he is there. Bit of a goof but make the class fun. Tests are easy but nota give away.

He is pretty interesting, tests are somewhat difficult to get an A on.

I came on here and was SHOCKED to see a low rating. Wayne is, hands down my favourite Prof this semester. His classes are fun and he's extremely nice. A very eccentric guy and always FULL OF ENERGY. I would take every Psych class with Wayne if I could.

I am shocked! what are you guys talking about? My dear friends, you will probably understand what a wonderful instructor Wayne is when it is too late and you have lost the opportunity to take advantage of his awesome classes. If I've learned 10 things during my 5 years of studying at Kwantlen, 7 of them is from him.

Wayne is an amazing instructor. There are just 4 tests in this course and no other assignments. As long as you read the textbook and write out notes it is easy, he tells you what you need to know beforehand. His lectures are very interesting and I have learned alot, more than i expected from a beginnner psych class.

Pretty intesting guy to listen too. He is a hard marker and gives hard tests but if you write notes and memorize them, you are good to go. At first I wanted to drop it (he is intimidating) but thank god I didn't, ended with an A- and learned ALOT from him class. Don't be thrown off by other comments, he is a good teacher.

3300/3400/5000 I wouldn't have taken three classes with him if he wasn't a great prof and an even better person! If you want an easy A avoid enrolling in his classes. If you want a refreshingly different prof and education that's worth your money and time disregard all the negative posts and take a class with him.

Wayne is totally hilarious and real. His are the only lectures worth coming to class for, as he is engaging and thought provoking. Highly recommend Wayne, and I wish I could have more classes with him!

WAYNE IS THE REALEST PROF EVER! If you want to hear the coolest lectures you gotta take this prof. His notes can be kind of unorganized so you really have to pay attention. He'll give you HINTS of what will specifically be on the test so STUDY EVERYTHING! If you need help he sucks at responding to emails but is willing to help after class!

WAYNE IS AMAZING! I'M CRA-CRA CRAZY FOR THIS PROF!! There's not one thing he needs to improve. He's an interesting professor, and makes special deals to bump up your grade! (if needed). I love his glasses, and his classes.

The best prof ever!!!! Take him if you want a reasonable and a good prof! He has a great attitude towards teaching and students!!! Isn't harsh on students and understands the level that students are at.

Wayne is hilarious, and understands his students. In order to succeed in his class, make sure you study off the textbook and the notes because his tests consist of alot of stuff from the textbook.

Wayne is a real character. He truly cares about seeing his students do well and succeed in his course. It was a mandatory course, but the experience was well worth it with him as a prof.

all you have to do is go to class and show up read the textbook and write down the diagram he says will be on the test. his tests are 30-45 mc and 3 written and he tells you what will be on the written section in class and are mostly easy He is funny and makes the class fun. The online quizzes were in my opinion harder than the actual test.

He is a very straight forward prof. Easy to get a good grade just show up to lecture, pay attention to what he emphasizes, and read the textbook. He goes on tangents but they almost always relate to what we are discussing, and they are never crazy long tangents. He is a funny guy and makes the three hour long lecture actually enjoyable.

I took his in person class and yes he goes off on tangents but I love that about him! He made the 3 hour lectures entertaining and his tests are ok, the multiple choice is easy if you study from the textbook and he usually tells you what will be on the written. He is welcoming if you want to approach him in person but he isn't good with technology

He would go off on random tangents about his life, and while they were entertaining, it made us fall behind on the lecture slides because he'd get distracted. Only reason we had to buy a textbook was for a code in it that gave us access to a website we needed to use. Despite all this, he's very understanding, and the course work and tests are easy.

He is a good professor but yes he is less fimilar with new technology. He is honest ang do fair grading.
