Mr. Posner makes learning fun. He is really funny and wants to see students suceed. I wish all Instuctors can have a sense of humor like him. He's one of those Teacher that you would wish he taught math or english.

IF YOU WANT REAL LIFE EXPERIENCE IN THE CLASSROOM THIS IS THE MAN TO TAKE!!

Very very good teacher. The best one so far, He is a very funny and outgoing person. Not a lot of homework, and he only offer a mid-term and final. He reviews the questions for test before hand. He is nice, and understanding. Attendance is very important, but most importantly class participation.

Posner rocks! he knows his stuff inside and out and is by far one of the best professors i have ever had.

Wayne Posner is an awesome professor. One of the best at ELAC! I took AJ 1,3, and 4 with him and I easily passed all the classes. You will not only learn about the justice system but about his personal life experiences as well. Posner relates very well with his students. He is a very fair grader and he gives alot of extra credit.

Posner is the man in the administration of justice. his classes are easy, but very helpful. as long as you study what he asks you to do so, you will ace the class. the best professor i ever meet in my college life.AAA

Professor Posner is a 20 year old veteran for the L.A.P.D and its all clear when you take his class, he really knows his stuff. He brings real life experience into the classroom. Highly recommend easy A just go to class everyday take notes & you'll do fine my major is Psychology & i had a blast i recommend this class to everybody

I'm going to miss this s.o.b. when i'm done with this semester. Great, great professor, caring, understanding, professional, and reasonable. Work load is almost none, easy nevertheless, easy test, easy work. He should be an example for all other professors out there teaching criminal justice courses. It is easy, but you will learn new things.

Professor Posner is one of the greatest instructors in the AJ department. Highly recommended for student interested in criminal justice. Easy A , just take notes, do the homework, come to class everyday and you'll do fine. I wish he had more activities for us but overall awesome class TAKE HIM !

He is my favorite teacher at ELAC. He is SUPER FUNNY & helpful, not only with class but personal life issues too! He is super easy and passionate about what he does; which is great. His hmwk is based on the book&class notes. Super easy stuff. The test are an easy A IF YOU GO THE DAY BEFORE, he literally gives you all the answers to the Q's. <3 HIM!

Serg Posner is a wonderful educator. He truly cares about the welfare of his students. As a retired LAPD officer, he has a wide variety of skills you can acquire from him. I would def. recommend him!!

I can honestly say that Posner is one of the greatest profeesors at Elac. He urges his students to reach their highest potential. He is experienced in the field and is more than happy to explain something if you didnt understand. We need more professors like him teaching.

Posner is one of the best teachers i've had in my entire life. You can say he is an easy teacher, but that is because HE makes his class super easy. He is crystal clear on everything and is always willing to give a second explanation if anybody needs it. Took him over winter break and got an A. Study the key words he emphasis on and you'll do well.

The most hilarious and easy professor at Elac I have encountered so far! Not only will you be having some good laughs in class but he really teaches the material in a way that you're having fun but learning at the same time. Really helpful when ever you need it. Definitely recommend him for ANY Administration of Justice course!

I love the way posner teaches. Being a AJ major I can see the difference between ELAC and CSULA.ELAC Aj's classes are So Easy. In CSULA they are more difficult and hands on. But other then that I love it. (I attend both schools )

posner is one of the best teacher on campus. lecture is really fun and he uses a lot of personal experiences and examples which makes topic really clear.textbook is not necessary because he tells you everything that will be on the exam. definitely take him!!

Prof. Posner is a people person. He opens every class asking if we have anything we want to discuss or comment news, general, etc. He lectures and isn't boring, easy to understand has a great relationship with his students, Everything he teaches is on the tests!! no tricks just do the work and get the grade!

One of the best professors at ELAC. Super easy and funny. Although his courses are relatively easy, Professor Posner's lectures are insightful, interesting and leave a lasting impression on you. You actually learn a lot from his lectures. More than you ever will from reading the textbook. Take his class if you can.

Mr. Posner is one of many GREAT instructors here at ELAC. If you take him you will not regret it. His lectures are awesome because he gives his personal stories which is easier to understand a subject. He is a funny and a very knowledgable teacher. He cares very much about all the students in his classes.

One of the best teachers I've ever had. He is super respectful and genuinely interested in his students. Sometimes he'd talk about his cop days and every class meeting he would talk about current events. He puts all the assignments up early and as long as you do all of them you'll get an easy A.

He's funny and easy going. He goes over all material that you need to study for his test on the reviews. Talkative.

BEST instructor ever!! If you don't pass with at least a "B" there is something wrong with you. He gives reviews before the midterm and final. Take him you will not regret it... the only thing that you will regret is if you don't.

He was the first professor I've ever had at ELAC. I took AJ 1 in the summer and I feel like I made a good choice. I would come to class eager to learn because he made it so interestin! Homework is very easy and he goes over the questions the day before Midterm/Final. Take this class!!!

Mr. Posner is a great professor, very easy to understand and follow, he really cares for his students, he understands the students, he makes lots of jokes to catch everyone's attention and to keep the topic interesting as well. The tests are super easy if you are there everyday and taking notes, he goes over everything right before the test. Easy A

Posner is pretty awesome . Attendance isn't mandatory he understands that some people work late but obviously if you miss a class you'll miss lectures. Although everything can be found on Ace. He gives extra credit but at the end of the semester in which you need your syllabus and other papers . Overall take him!

Great teacher, It was overall an easy class and i recommend AJ1 to all. It opens your eyes to the perspective of the police officer rather than the media's biased civilian point of view. I would take the class again and I thoroughly enjoyed Professor Posner's class.

He is a retired LAPD officer and has many interesting stories to share. You will learn so much valuable information in his class. Like he says, "It's harder to fail his class than to get an A"

Sgt. Posner is a great teacher. He is really funny even though he doesn't like the Celtics and beliefs that the lakers are a better team. Overall you don't have to attend class to pass just show up for the midterm and final reviews which he provides you with the questions and all the answers you need. I have taken him for 8 AJ classes and got an A

One of the funniest but VERY informative professors. One of my favorites in the AJ department took him for AJ 3 and it was so easy you just need the book which you can get cheap in order to complete class assignments. Taking him as many classes as I can! Hes sweet and very helpful!

Wayne Posner is the best AJ professor at ELAC! He is the Sir Robert Peel of ELAC. Amazing lectures and is always there for you no matter what. He cares for his students. Hes also never cold and super funny. I wish Wayne Posner was my dad because hes the best out there.

Posner is an extraordinary professor, he made me want to go to class. There was never a dull moment in his class. He explains things very well and even has guest speakers so the students can hear more about the different types of jobs within Criminal Justice. He goes over test, quizzes and homework to make sure we understand everything.

Online class so just a few discussion posts and quizzes. That's about it. They were super easy and straight forward. His class is pretty interesting and he's also knowledgeable. He responds to your questions and cuts you some slack as well. A NIce person too. Take him!!

I haven't even finished class but this man is a great professor. When you need help with something or anything he doesn't take days to email you back. His class is so easy. I wish I would've been able to meet this man in person instead of just online. Take his class you will not regret i! I promise you that!

An amazing guy willing to give you career advice. The class was online and just discussion posts and easy weekly quizzes. Doesn't ask for much besides that. You just use his powerpoints and skim the reading. Other than that it's easy with no papers. Final and midterm are heavy on your grade so be aware but he reuses questions so you'll be fine.

Best professor ever! My absolute favorite teacher here at ELAC! Very easy and interesting courses. I have taken 2 and plan to take more. He is very lenient and very understanding. No required zoom meetings as of now. Most of the grading consists of weekly quizzes and sometimes discussion posts that are almost always opinion based. Such a fun class.

Just an amazing professor with such a rich history in law enforcement. Power points was all I needed for this classes and overall he's the perfect professor for all your AJ classes. I took him for AJ001 and AJ160 and aced them both. By the way he loves the dodgers.

Great Professor took him for all my online Adm courses and he was an overall amazing professor his classes consisted of weekly quizzes on each chapter and weekly discussions. You guys won't regret taking him!

You will enjoy his class. He has both online and campus. He gives homework for every chapter. He has PPT online and you should not have an issue passing his class. He has stories of when he was on he was PD. Enjoy his classes.

If you are thinking about taking the AJ classes and have an option to enroll in the class by professor Posner, take it with no doubt, you will have no regrets. I took around 4-5 AJ classes with him. Professor Posner is a great Professor Gives Great Feedback, Inspirational,Caring, Accessible Outside Class. The first 3 student that finish the work get extra points add to there grade.I did all my work on Monday when it open and I got all the extra credits.I would diffantly take any class he offers.
