Wouldn't take again

Lectures didnt reference the textbook chapters at all, so it was impossible to find information in the book. Even TA had no idea. Everything is given in lectures, and the prof doesnt record them. If you miss something, you have no clue what to do. Example slides are left blank when posted. I struggled to read the chalkboard even sitting up front.

As a professor, he isn't the best I've had. He relies excessively on Microsoft excel to teach his course, which meant that I learned basically no actual statistics. I wouldn't recommend this professor. Even with a tutor weekly and hours outside of the classroom, I only managed to pull off a B. There are unnecessary and confusing group projects.

Not the best professor for stats. Doesn't explain anything well at all so I basically taught myself. Doesn't let us see our answers to practice tests once we have completed them so we never know what we got wrong. Tells us everything is easy so kinda makes us feel like we are dumb for not knowing the material. Tests are on lockdown browser.

We are learning online and it was hard . But you can take a note or picture of the lesson and questions. It will make it easier. Also professor was welling to help and give you hints. If you pay attention and go to class . Then it will be easy. Make sure to take the practice test and study it. Because the test is (almost) the same, not all.

My main complaint with Zhou is that I was not able to learn anything in class which I am fine with because the software he assigns homework to makes it easy to teach yourself. Seems very nice, he just has a thick accent and it's hard to understand him. He makes graded practice exams identical to the real test.

Dr. Zhou clearly knows what he's teaching. Unfortunately, he's a terrible teacher. You can expect 100% of the lectures to be slideshows with unreadable scribbles on them, and there are precious few assignments by which your final grade is determined. It sucks that he's the only prof who teaches this class! A warning: Avoid if at all possible!

SO easy. There are weekly videos and homework modules to complete, but they're easy to breeze through.
