This class (and this teacher) are really tough. You CANNOT procrastinate studying for this class. There can be a lot of memorization on top of concept grasping so don't wait till the last minute. It sucks, but GO TO CLASS. Learn off her homework assignments--it's how I passed the class. Everyone hates Wendy but the class is passable

A lot of people seem to not like Wendy which I can understand. She has an attitude problem and yells a lot. When it comes to academics her class it's not that bad, she gives you a study guide & the previous years exam to help you study (these are basically the tests). If you can learn the study guide & old exams I assure you will pass her class.

Had her my first semester of freshman year, by far the hardest class I took. Her lectures are long and dull, often repeating the same material that has nothing relevant with the class. On the first day of class she will tell you 1 of 3 people will fail. That is not a lie. To succeed you need to study the study guides word for word or you will fail

Wendy is not at bad as people say she is. She's super repetitive but literally gives you each answer for every test. You just have to go to class and actually pay attention. She's also really helpful during her office hours, that's what really saved me this past semester.

Wendy Williams is a great professor if you really pay attention and listen to everything she says. Her class really is not as hard as she makes it sound, for instance when she says one in three students will fail, she is not lying, but if you pay attention and do the work you will not be one of those people. Don't be afraid to answer her questions.

Wendy is downright awful, she spends the majority of class yelling at her students and criticizing them. On the first day she told us most of us would fail her class, and she wasn't wrong. Her lectures are long and boring, and her voice is hard to listen to. She's rude and extremely critical. DO NOT TAKE HER CLASS!!

Students often say she's hard and it's true but it's not an impossible class. You have to put a little more work than other classes but she gives you more than enough resources; when lecturing she tells you what's on the test, she gives you answers to the study guide and gives out old versions of the exam. Go to class, study, and you'll be fine.

What can I say about Miss Wendy Williams... At first, the class can seem intimidating, but as long as you take notes on her lectures and do all the handouts, you should honestly be completely fine. The old exams she gives are really helpful and they're an accurate representation of what the actual tests are like. She's a hidden sweetheart.

I took this class for some extra units and learn more in an intro Econ class. Doesnt feel like an intro class. Big signature assignment that she gives links to websites and videos to teach you how to do it, doesnt teach the formulas or anything for the assignment in class. Lectures are hours of her just talking at you, very monotone.

Williams is a hard grader & assigns homework for each time class meets & a quiz biweekly. She's straight forward, but she gets off topic, so it's hard to discern what's important vs what's not. So take notes & double check your work by using the textbook. You get 3 attempts on most assignments, but they're usually hard so you might not get a 100%.

Prof. Williams is great but tough, for a intro class it was okay she is pretty repetitious, but goes very off-topic. She answers what is on the test but if you memorize everything as given it, one minor mistake points taken, what will mess you up if you are not good with memorizing. She does have a very tough and almost yelling teaching style.

She gives you all the materials you need for the exams and what's on them, (hint: the old exams are basically the exams) if you memorize what's on those you will be fine. Tests are a massive part of your grade (70%) so study. She is not the best at explaining things.

She gives you material to know the class but her canvas is tricky as well and you have to teach yourself more than her teaching you. Condescending and your exams (3) are worth 70% of your grade…
