Werner Keller is a sad man just drifting in retirement. He has a fragile ego and he is disorganized. His content is boring and tedious. Most reviews are written by himself. He acts too busy to meet with students... bruv I see your calendar on your website its empty LOL His website just proves my point www-wernerkeller-com mans a joke

Trash content, trash lecturers, trash blackboard layout, when he teaches it's like 30 minutes of youtube ad's, the guy thinks he's new waive but I am tired of seeing prostate ad's during lectures, bro get yourself youtube premium if you're going to "supplement material". Do not recommend but course is mandatory...

He is amazing. Really enjoy the flipped classroom approach. Has brought some interesting perspectives I would not have thought of otherwise. Gives lots of class time for group work. Really is willing and open to receiving feedback. A very approachable Professor.

I did not enjoy my experience with "WHK" his lectures are boring and disorganized. Is not accessible outside of class. You can tell he's checked out and only here for the pay cheque. Don't ask him questions about the course or if you're seeking clarity. He just won't respond. It's unfortunate because the rating isn't reflective reality.

He's alright, though no one likes the flipped classroom. Feels like a bit of a chore to watch those lectures and there's little excitement. Plus group work sucks. If I picked my own team I wouldn't have to spend countless hours working on the ethics paper by myself because my team doesn't care... Course was good at first but not as enjoyable now.

Cool class, flip model means that class is a discussion for about 30 minutes and then we can work on group projects. Gives enough class time to do project from start to finish. Take notes from lectures and you'll get an A, super easy class.

He's definitely not a 4.9/5. I'd say he should be around a 3-3.5. I like ethics and philosophy and even I was quite bored all throughout the semester. He's alright but he's definitely not a 5.

He's not good, but not bad either. Flipped classroom format takes up a lot of time and is dry. He just seems to not put a lot of effort or interest into presenting the course. He'll give a lot of time for you to work on the project in class though, which is alright. Good note-taking during lectures and in-class will definitely help you.

Just a boring class He posts old lecture recordings that we are expected to watch before class. Then in the actual class he goes through questions students have and once we stop contributing to his discussions, he will end class. The second class of each week he will show us outdated videos that aren't helpful. Why can't you just teach us live?

He's decent. Started dreading going to class and the lectures become gradually more boring. I'm completely drained from this class. Midterm and final were easy but he's not the best prof I've had. I'd rank him middle of the pack.

You have to watch the lecture before going to class, and then he goes over any questions. Most of the time he just tells you he can't answer the questions. He spends a whole lecture watching Youtube videos which you can do at home, and he is incredibly boring. There is really no point in attending class.

The flipped classroom method can take a little getting used to, but participation is key. It's supposed to force you to engage with the material a bit more than a traditional lecture, which ends up being super helpful come finals. I've taken 2 courses with Prof Keller and always found him very open to answering questions and helping you do well!

Mr. Keller taught this course well and made the topics discussed as interesting as they could. Midterm and final are very fair. However the worse part of this course is the group project. Not allowed to select members so good luck. Went into the final with the midterm grade only - never ended up knowing group project grades.

Werner is a very laid-back professor but knows his stuff!! He posts every lecture recording and slides right away, they are pretty old but I honestly think they are better then in person lectures. Make sure you have the textbook it's a lifesaver. Also, there is a discussion every class, make sure you do them because there is 20% participation.
