Great professor. Explain so that you can understand, very helpfull,respectful and always wants to see student perform to the best of their ability. If you are a lazy student who does not want to study and do other work, this class is not for you. You work for your grade so prepared to practice and work hard because your grade is in your hands.

I always hated math but when I took this professor he explained in a way that made sense he is the best of the best, if you are looking for a great professor take him just buy the text book and ask questions!!

This guy knows what he's doing. Very Clear and always willing to help, during class and after class. He gives out extra credit and offers a lot of free points if you came on time and did everything you're suppose to. However his grading style is somewhat harsh. He takes points for little mistakes but he is a good teacher regardless of his grading.

I used to hate math before I had this professor and now I love it. He likes to curse but he makes the class so interesting that you're forget that he cursing. He is the best math professor in the entire math department!! He explains everything clear, if he is teaching a math class that you need take him. He answers any questions that you have.

Depending on how many quizzes and homework's that were assigned, he will drop a few of the lowest grades. If you aren't good at math, take this professor. I'm writing this review a couple semesters later, I took Colucci for calc 1 and got an A, moved onto a better school with a rigorous engineering program, Aced calc 2,3 and differential equations, thanks to prof Colucci my base in calculus was really strong he covers exactly what you need to know, nothing more nothing less. Amazing Professor!

He's a very good professor, and keeps you engaged. Do the homework, attend class, don't be late, show all your work, and do the review sheets and you will do fine. I like how he shows short cuts to problems and has you do problems in class so you don't get bored and you have an idea of how you are doing.

He is an amazing teacher. He works with you in class so that you can understand how to do the problems at home or on the test. He also walks around to check and see if you made a mistake and he is willing to correct it. Overall an awesome teacher and keeps you engaged throughout the class. I Absolutely love this professor. I've taken this class before and didn't receive the grade I wanted so I came into his class with a mindset of wanting an A. This proffesor is born to teach! You will never get lost during the lesson because he's just too good at his job. He's crystal clear and knows his stuff out of the top of his head. this professor is amazing i started the class disliking math but having him as a teacher changed my mined, he is easy to understand and is extremely funny. he does give homework and quiz but if you pay attention in class your gonna do fine. if you do your homework and come to class everyday your gonna pass his tests. very helpful when lost.

He is indeed the BEST math professor and by far one of the best professors I've had in general. Math is my worst subject and with his class I managed to get an A-. Very easy class, just show up, pay attention, and do the homework or review sheets that he assigns. He's very clear, easy to understand in lecture, gives good notes, and helps a lot.

The class was a breeze because he taught in a very clear manner. I took this class in Fall 2010. He made worksheets that we avidly worked with which was aimed to reinforce the material. I got a B+ without trying and would have gotten an A if I put some effort into it. He is also lenient if you are late if you're A's on his exams. Amazing Prof.

Guy is easy on the homework and exams.. I don't even know what to say man, if you struggling in his class and you're taking anything lower than Calc 1.. Just stop whatever you're doing and rethink your options.. As a matter of fact, if you're even considering becoming a math major, don't. This professor is so easy that it's like an elective to me.

This professor is funny and isn't fake like all those professors. So glad I took him because I'm not so good at math and this guy teaches like a god. This was my second time taken the class, I wasn't getting it till I stepped foot in his class. He told us whatever we might have learned is garbage and he's going to teach us the right ways. Had him for summer term 2017 and i must say I Never met a professor who cared for his students like this man! I went from not knowing wtf i was doing to fully understanding. And he's absolutely hilarious to top it all off! Major bonus! If you fail his class you're an idiot! He deserves to be the head of the department!!!!!!!!!

If you are struggling with math take him. He is one of the best professor I've seen. He is funny and such an entertaining professor you can have. There will be many quizzes during the semester he will let you drop 2-3 and his tests are easy if you practice the review sheet he gives before test. He usually gives out a quiz every week which only consists of at most 5 questions. There are 3 tests and a final. There will be homework every single time you meet with him. He keeps the class entertained and his lectures are really fun and easy to understand.

with this prof Calc1 it was an easy ride. He is very funny and makes the time in class pass very fast. He cares about his students, gives a lot of examples to practice. I wish I had him for my Statistics class, I would have received a better grade.

Professor Colucci is one of the best professors at city tech. He is very clear when he is teaching and provides us with sheets that HE created which is easy to do if you are attending the lectures. His tests were also super easy as he would always provide a test review the previous class which would be very similar to the tests!

Citytech needs more professors like him. Made the course look like a piece of cake honestly. He's very open about grades as long as you reach out to him. He also is very clear about what he says in his lectures and is one of the few professors who can actually teach online and is not lazy during this pandemic. He's also very understandable!

A semester late but, Professor Colluci is an amazing professor and overall person. He's wisecracking and very caring about his students. I learned so much from him. Hands down one of the best professors. If you suck at math, take his course. He has his own notes and youtube channel, he explains everything so clearly and is a very forgiving grader. The amount of effort Colucci puts into teaching is incredible, he spends hours making a video for the class, and explains it so that it is easy to understand.

TAKE THIS PROFESSOR FOR ANY MATH CLASS AND YOU WILL PASS ! Attendance is mandatory and you should attend so you can fully understand math, all quizzes and exams are open notes, hw is online with unlimited attempts, he uploads videos on YT and his notes are very helpful. He will make sure you pass if you put in the effort.

His lectures are Amazing. He explains challenging topics so well that it doesn't seem hard anymore. I realized this when our professor couldn't attend, and a substitute teacher made topics very confusing. He is a very good person. He has no favoritism. He sees all his students equally. Best Pre-calc professor. Lectures are amazing, makes jokes and entertains the class so it's not boring while doing math. HW is about once or twice a week, quizzes are usually 3-5 questions, tests are like once a month. If you need a Pre-calc or Calc teacher HE IS THE ONE!

Let's just say everyone here either knows or will know how to find the big D after taking him lol. What a great and caring professor. He's very lenient on deadlines and even will work with you on a lot of stuff you may have missed or simply don't understand. I wish more professors was like him. Check him out on YouTube too.

Professor Colucci has a specific teaching style, but if you engage with it, you'll learn a lot. Lectures are helpful, and unstuck study was great for study prep.

He goes kinda quickly but does a good job at explaining material and is willing to help if you ask. Homework is minimal and honestly doesn't take long to complete. He also accepts late work. And quizzes and test are usually based off work done in class.

I had to drop out because I couldn't handle his hw along with my other classes but I'd say he's a good professor and you should take him.
