Class is rather boring, but he is a great teacher!

the class was harder than it should have been. it was a 1 hr. credit that felt like a 3 hr. credit. we should've just went the rest of the semester and gotten 3 credits. i agree with the suicide guy.

He's a great professor!

By far the best professor at LU! He really does care about his students! Definitely has a heart for Christ!

I have never received more emails from any one individual as this man. I liked the class, but stop abusing my email inbox.

I don't know what all of these other people are talking about, but Will E. Honeycutt is a really good teacher. He has a calm concerned and caring spirit. He is somewhat concerned that students don't like his class b/c he's not as funny as others, but his sincerity makes up for it! Take his class.

Most caring professor out there. No, he's not a regular comedian, but he has the best heart of anyone out there. He'll help you no matter what, and he'll never forget you. I'm a SR now, and he still remembers me and asks how I'm doing. He's not super hot, but he's cute and adorable.

Great guy, intelligent and organized, excellent teacher.

Honeycutt is usually organized, except some assignments are given at short notice. He makes things pretty interesting, and clearly puts a lot of time and effort into his presentations. Also, it's obvious that he has a huge, sincere heart for the students and would help anyone anytime.

Great prof with a heart sold out for the Lord.

I learned a lot in his class. i liked it.

I learned a good deal in this class and used it against people. Like gay people and other Pro-choice people.

GNED is a pretty boring class, but he makes it as good as its goin to get which isnt that bad

Cares very deeply for his subject matter, as well as his students both at-large and on an individual basis. Takes great interest and care in learning about student's beliefs, and has a real desire to see maturity in the faith of his students. Very personable and merciful, though is no pushover. Very thoughtful and thought-provoking lectures, and takes great measures to get the class involved. Recommended above all.

I really enjoy the way Prof. Honeycutte teaches. I think he has great insight on all of the contemporary issues that every Christian believer, and ever college student for that aspect, should be aware of. I love the way he allows for open discussion in class because it gives more than one perspective, and he does not judge anyone, he simply does what the Bible says to do, which is "correcting" peoples views to be in accordance to God's wil.

This guy is awesome! You have to keep up on the reading and pay attention. ITs not hard, but its not a class you want to skip either. You learn a lot in his classes. Highly recommend him.

Honeycutt is a very good teacher. He is very personal. The subject gets kinda boring but if you stay awake you can get into it. If you have anything going on in your life where you need some one on one counsling he is the man for it, he helped me out in some bad times. ALthough I would not tell him anything you have done bad, he may be a friend but will still report to LU bad stuff you have done.

Honeycutt is very personable. He's both passionate and compassionate. Loves his students and his subject. Some people have said he's harder than other GNED teachers, but come on - it's GNED! Easiest class you'll take in college, most likely. If you don't love this guy, it's probably because you expressed an errant view and he owned you with truth.

He is a really good teaccher, makes it interesting, but his tests are hard. He makes it so complex, its hard to figure out what he's asking.

If you are into skipping class this is the GNED for you. He puts up a class schedule and every time it says "Reading Due" then you know you have a quiz. I literally have not gone to a single class that didnt have a quiz or exam and am doing good. Take this class!

Very interesting. Prof Honeycutt knows his stuff and explains it easily for everyone to understand, along with repitition to help with memory. This class gave me a lot more confidence about my belief compared to unbelievers "fallacies" and the lies that they believe and try to get everyone else to believe. I have grown because of this class.

Love the guy, love the class. Easy, but useful and chock full of humor, discussion, and knowledge. Take him for GNED.

aced his first test and then it all went down hill from there, not sure why ( i studied) but he made GNED alot harder than it should have been. i enjoyed him other than that though -- offers extra credit

I liked him. He gave a lot of information about many different worldviews. Not sure if i can remember it all, but i found it very interesting. I'd recommend him.

I don't think anyone really learns in GNED, but he's probably the closest there is. I can say this: "The servant of the Lord must not quarrel, but be gentle to all, able to teach, patient, in humility correcting those who are in opposition if God perhaps will grant them repentance so that they may know the truth." He makes you learn it.

I highly recommend Dr. Honeycutt. He may be a tad harder than some GNED professors, but I learned so much in his classes. He spends a lot of time preparing powerpoints and fairly grading papers. He gives excellent study guides for the tests. If you go to class and study, you will do well in this class. Makes sure you do the readings!

He is the man! He's so knowledgeable and he conveys it to you so simplistic. You will walk away with a better understanding of modern issues. Just an overall great guy. By far one of the best profs I've seen.

Honeycutt is great for GNED 101, but avoid him for 102. First semester I learned a lot and he was a very effective teacher, but second semester I usually leave his class confused and wondering what I just did for the last hour. But he's a very caring prof and he's great for 101. And be sure to remember his daughter's name-it's usually extra credit!

Take Honeycutt. Hes a cool guy. He has a few reading assignments but thats about it.

Good Prof. Not too hard. Do reading assignments every time or you'll get screwed on quizzes. Not a bad class at all.

Prof. Honeycutt was great at encouraging us to think and analyze the tough questions. He was available and willing to help as well.

Easy class, but is not always the nicest person. Likes to put info on study guide for test that has no realtion to test, and put things on test that have no realation to study guide. Also is picky about absences!

Nice guy. His class is easy. I learned a whole lot about the world. You actually walk out of the class with knowledge you can actually use in your life. His tests are pretty easy as long as you study. He has reading assignments that aren't too bad. Oh and he has pop attendence. Overall, he's a great guy and his class is interesting.

Some students complain about Honeycutt and say he's just trying to conform you to his veiws but it's not true. He helped me develop my own veiws on the issues discussed in class. I thought the class was a waste of time last year but now I am thankfull for everything I learned in that class. Take Honeycutt, you'll be glad you did.

The first of GNED is just basic information for the next semster when you get into the controversal issues. So it may seem like a drag, but he does help you form why you believe what you believe. Honeycutt is an overall good professor. He can be boring every now and then, but I guess it's hard not be when you have to fly through information. He really has a knowledge of what he teaches on. Tries to get class involved as much as he possibly can, which is a positive. Overall good professor.

I absolutely loved GNED with Prof Honeycutt. I had him for 101, too, and he really knew what he was talking about and was passionate about it. Two words: TAKE HONEYCUTT. Just make sure you go to every class, because he loves to give pop attendance.

I had Mr. Honeycutt for GNED101, and I thought he was so hard...but I took him again 4 GNED102 b/c I loved how passionate he was about the information we were learning. He cares so much about his students, & if you work hard - you can get an A. His class is WELL worth it. It may not be as hard as you think. Mr. Honeycutt is such a great man!!!!

I took Professor Honeycutt for 101. He truly loves his job and what he does. I got a C in the class. I was being a dumb freshmen and thought I could pull off an A easily. If you work hard and study, you will get an A in the class.

He is a great guy and a great prof. He is passionate about his work of being a Champion for Christ builder. He really researches and knows his stuff. Presents it clearly with powerpoints. Quizzes are easy and tests come right from study guide. TAKE HONEYCUTT, you will be glad ou did.

Professor Honeycutt is pretty easy. He loves pop attendance so don't skip class. When I was in hisd class he made me like I was back in high school.

Take this teacher! He is smart and, examples are amazing, they come from his personal experience. He doesnt talk about his daughter as much as they say, but what proud father wouldnt talk about their child tho? Pay attention to what he says and take good notes in his booklet, and you will be fine. Make sure your there everyday to get the pop quizs.

Honeycutt knows his stuff. I like him enough to take him again next year. He has his head on straight, and isn't afraid to say what he thinks. If you study decently, and remember terms, you'll make an easy "A".

While not too friendly one-on-one, Honeycutt is a brilliant man when it comes to defending the Christian worldview. Definitely knows his stuff, great examples in class, and the subject matter is easy if you show up to class. Recommended for those who are searching for help developing their worldview.

Honeycutt is smart and knows his material. As long as you pay attention in class (provided you go) and take good notes, you're sure to get an A. Sometimes he moves through the material quickly, so you have to pay attention to make sure you keep up. He uses lots of personal stories and he's really flexible. I highly recommend him for both 101/102.

Go to class, do the readings, and do the extra credit and you can get an A and learn a lot. Not as entertaining as other gned profs but I think you learn more.

Honeycutt was my favorite professor my freshman year.

A great teacher. What I loved about his GNED class compared to the others is that he wasn't afraid to admit that he wasn't teaching us everything about a given subject and he encouraged us to research and have open minds to the issues presented. His tests and quizzes are not difficult you just have to pay attention

He is the hardest professor for GNED but you learn a lot from him.

This guy knows his stuff. He's very helpful and open to questions. Don't plan on leaving class early; You'll get called out BIG TIME. He teaches the material very clearly and uses useful metaphors to explain complicated subjects. Great teacher overall.

This professor knows his stuff! He makes you think so I suggest bringing Tyenol with you! Always go to class because even if you miss one day, you'll be behind. He's comical in some ways, but most of the time he's very serious!

Honeycutt is a good prof. He's really conservative and I didn't necessarily agree with all of what he said (most of it though), but he really knows what he's talking about and lets the class have lots of discussion, which always makes things interesting. Its an easy class, as long as you pay attention and make a little effort.

Dr. Honeycutt sincerely cares about his students. There is a curve to every quiz given in class and a ton of extra credit opportunities. If you go to class everyday and do his simple assignments its hard to not get an A. If you can't do that maybe you should reconsider going to college. Show the man the respect he deserves and youll love the class.

Dr. Honeycutt is one of the best teachers that I have ever had. I've taken him for 101, 102, and plan on taking his 301 GNED class. He is not easy, which I think is a good thing. not the toughest teacher either, which is also good. He knows his stuff, genuinely cares for his students, and teaches with an amazing passion. Definitely take him!

His class is very easy and he has some wonderful stories and illustrations. I did not take him for 102 though because not all is info is entirely accurate and a lot of his views he taught in class I didn't agree with.

Professor Honeycutt is an excellent teacher. His explanations of concepts are clear and he shows us how they relate to our personal lives. His passion for his subjects and his sense of humor keep the lectures interesting. The material is not too difficult, but still challenges students to think.

His classes are extremely beneficial. Although sometimes the material is deep and difficult to understand. Dr. Honeycutt strives to make it relevant and useful. He also strives to have absolute clarity and continues to study to expand his knowledge of the material. An excellent professor. Wish more at this school were like him.

AMAZING! He is constantly researching the topics we talk about to stay up to date and always makes sure to leave out his bias. He gives the facts and is open to others' insight. Extremely helpful if you need it and an overall great guy. He really tries to have fun and get the class involved in lecture. I would DEF recommend him!

He's the man! Truly a man of God who cares about making sure his students know truth, will forever be one a man i look up to! Loved his two classes I took and would recommend him to anyone. LU doesn't know what they'd be losing to take him out of the classroom!

I took Honeycutt for 101 and 102. His class is set up like every other GNED class. It is literally designed to give you an A and introduce you to Liberty. Honeycutt is a knowledgable professor, merciful to his students, and usually keeps class pretty interesting. If you recieve a low grade, you more than likely put forth no effort.

Dr. Honeycutt is one of the best professors I have ever had!! He's a great man who genuinely loves his students and has a passion for God. He's truly an inspiration and mentor to me. I took him for both 101 & 102 and am seriously going to miss this class now that it's over... Wish I could take him every semester! Great professor and friend.

I took him for 101 and 102, he is very nice, and very easy. He gives you study guides that tell you exactly what will be on the test. He also knows all sides of an argument. He is a very smart, well-read man. The class is a cakewalk and its interesting. He's a great guy.

I would recommend him to anyone. It is not a cake class. If you want a good grade then you have to put forth the work but a college class shouldn't be easy you are not in high school anymore. If you want to learn this is the professor to take. He knows his stuff and his love for God is evident. He truly loves his students. Best professor at LU!

Honeycutt is a great prof who cares more for his students than any other prof at Liberty. This class was a discussion driven course that introduced me to many different perspectives and gave me hope that Christianity can still be a force for positive change in this world.

He is very helpful. Professor Honeycutt gave clear instructions as well as open communication if you needed anything explained in more detail. He graded papers and class work fast and gave great constructive criticism to better your work in the future. He is a great professor! I would take his class again.
