Take the online Marriage and Family course, it was easy and interesting. Ganza is very helpful! There are discussions, assignments, and 5 tests. Discussions are easy (answer a question & give opinion), assignments are interesting, and the tests are straightforward multiple choice. Take Ganza!

I had him for marriage and the family online. I will tell you he is the easiest teacher I have ever taken. especially since it was my frist time taking an online class.

This class was very easy. He is very clear and will respond in detail to your emails. It is a self paced class, and i ended up doing the class in the last two weeks(i dont recrommend that)but he is a very good online teacher!

This class is a lot of work but you learn a lot and it is not difficult. You just have to make sure you don't get behind. He is always there -- basically everyday and he does his best to help you learn more than just what the book teaches you. It’s a great class with very useful information. Awesome teacher and great class-an A is very obtainable!

I had his online class for Intro to Sociology. He was helpful but sometime he would say things with to make you think. Like playing both sides of the fence. There were a lot of assignments, map analysis. He had practice tests for all his test. They were very, very helpful. The test come from them. I enjoyed the class. I learned a lot.

He's a good teacher, funny,and if you have any questions he will answer them. Definitely take the class, it was fun and really easy, I met some nice people and got to watch Monty Python a lot.

Great class but there is a lot of work. Work is not hard but there is a lot of it. Seems to care about students in his class.

I took an online class with him. The work load is INSANE! Way too much! Though you may find him a bit abrassive in the begining you soon realize he really cares about what hes teaching and he really knows his stuff.

Online course: Teacher is great! Makes you work for your grade but you walk away w/ a wonderful experience. Wkly discussions, wkly quizzes and grp project -This has been the most helpful online course to date. Would recommend to anyone who doesn't mind participating. Class isn't too hard, but he will make a comment about eveything you put on dicussion board wich can be annoying sometimes. But he does let you turn in work late. You do have a group paper. Discussion board takes up a lot of time and quizes can be hard. I read each chap and didn't always do good on the quiz. Gives Xtra credit.

Gives you the classroom feeling via online. It's like face to face interacting with professor. Lots of WORK! But, that's what we are here for....TO LEARN

I like Ganza, It's an online class but everything needed is in your book. He is always giving feedback and quick to answer any questions. If you are disciplined this would be considered an easy A.

He is an excellent professor online or in class he keeps everything interesting and give you up to two weeks past the due date to turn in assignments. He call's it his life happens clause. What other professor is that nice and understanding?

Prof. Ganza was GREAT! He is a part of all the discussions and answers questions fast! You get a chance to do extra credit work. Not a heavy work load online. Easy to make an "A" with a little effort. One group paper due at end of semester.

Bill is beyond awesome. More than willing to take another of his classes. The work load is awesome and easier than most to keep up with. You must read the book which is online. He is very understanding and responds immediately to Emails and stays on top of the discussion boards. He is willing to help you with everything! Lots of extra credit too!

Highly recommend this professor for Sociology. He's always willing to answer questions and will provide lots of feedback! I don't like group projects as a rule, but he made it manageable by being very involved in the whole process.

Read the textbook and you'll do fine on test. Took online class and book was online as well. His requirements for the final team report are too vague and confusing. Other then this the rest of his work is doable.

The best professor I've had so far. He's ALWAYS got something interesting to say. He really wants his students to succeed, and come out with some higher level thinking skills. I would definitely take him again. He encourages group discussion, makes you think, and is super fast responding to questions and emails. Excellent professor!

Teacher was awesome online class and very detail on the assignment in being creative. The class give alot of information to take back in the classroom on a pre schoo level. 10 Discussion boards,2 short paper, Literature Review, 8 projects and 10 short quizes. All easy to do just gotta make sure you make the time to do the work.

I took the online course, and this was a great experience. Only downside was group project b/c it was almost impossible to get participating 5-6 members. We did it with just 3 people & had a lot of fun in the process. He accepts work up to 2 weeks late! Very easy to make an A; I didn't b/c I got sick and wasn't able 2 finish the last 3 assignments.

some of the discussions were unclear and the captsone project was crappy. You have to depend on ppl you don't know to help you, but you do not really know what kind of student they are (A.. F?) so it isn't the best, but if you do good in the rest of the class he will work with you on how the capstone is done. overall great prof. though.

Very helpful, clear, and easy. He makes this class very interesting. He is friendly, and he talks like he knows what he's doing. Definitely suggest to my friends who will be taking sociology. Capstone is the only hard part of the course and yet for me it was just a piece of cake. Learned a Lot from this guy !!

This is one of the best teachers I have had in my education courses. He responds to discussion posts, comments on your work, responds quickly to emails, and grades fast! Exactly what an online teacher should be doing! Challenges you in your work! Excellent and highly recommend!

I had Mr. Ganza for an online class, and he is a wonderful teacher. no matter what he tries to help, as well as allowing a grace period on the work. so it is truly up to the person taking the class on how you come out of the class.

Mr. Ganza was a great professor. I took him online. He is extremely helpful if you have any problems, and allows you to turn in assignments up to 2 weeks late. The only issue with the class is the group project (which you have in any of these classes, not just his). Online group projects are hard regardless of the teacher.

Class was very informative and interesting. We didn't have too many assignments and a lot of the class was spent in class discussions and lectures off pp but I found I was able to learn a lot and started looking forward to attending this class

Took it online. He was very clear on his expectations. Class was an easy A, if you do the work and do the discussions.

Great teacher. Always grades on time, gives you multiple chances on fixing a grade. He will tell you why you received that grade so you can always redo it, then he'll regrade. He's very involved with the discussions, which makes the class very interesting. I definitely recommend him!

Dr. Ganza is awesome, he will work with you in answering e-mails promptly. Discussions are fast paced if you take the 8 week class like I did. He really is beyond fare and is a great professor in helping his students excel.

Great Prof, Easy A as long as you do final Project. Prof G enjoys an active class room and pushes class participation. Be prepared to discuss topics in class. Was an enjoyable class and BB work load is not to bad. Attendance is big part of grade so SHOW up.

This was a pretty easy online class.A bit of work for 8 weeks but not difficult. The group project sucked but not because of professor. The subject and db are pretty fun if you get ito them. Didn't expect to like this class but actually learned quite a bit. I would recommend him, he's very helpful and passionate about his teaching.

Loved professor Ganza ! He cares about his students and likes to get to know you. All the work wasn't due till the end of the semester. Make sure you participate in the in class discussion because they're a grade. I got by without buying the textbook. Small quiz each week via blackboard which you can find the answers to in the outlines he provide.

8 week online class is 11 quizzes, discussions, assignments, & 1 group project. Seems like a large workload but I was never overwhelmed! Only issue was the group project! Prompt was confusing & online group projects are tough (Start early!!). He's got a DB just for extra credit. Makes you wait 1 day in between discussion replies tho. Overall good

I really enjoyed this class. Professor Ganza made the class fun and made everything every understandable and brought current events into discussions which helped me understand the material even more. He is very clear about what you need to do in order to get the grade you want in the class from day one! If you aren't willing to work for it, chances are you won't. There is a group project due at the end of term so I would get to know people quickly so you don't just get stuck with people. Our group was amazing. Thanks Bill!

The first week of this class was brutal. The quizzesexams are not easy but have multiple attempts. The assignments are weighted more than the exams and are not easy but easily done with time and proper research. Be thorough and write with clarity at a college level and you should do very well.

He is a fantastic teacher! Expects you to do your work, but if you do and you try, you will pass! He was my first college teacher and I wish I could have him the entire way! Multiple attempts at weekly quiz, gives opportunity to get extra credit. Will accept your work up to 2 weeks late. Will give you feedback politely. Just a great teacher!

This professor really made me excited to come to class! I really enjoyed the lectures and sharing ideas. There are quizzes and tests online which is great so theres no pressure when coming to classes! I really enjoyed do the assignments online too! Everything is pretty much spelled out for you! Just be sure to show up! ATTENDANCE IS KEY!

He is a great Professor. I had such a great time and looked forward to going to class every week. He was helpful and answered any questions and his lectures were great. He always used his own experience and didn't make us feel like we couldn't accomplish our goals. I wish that he could be my professor for the rest of my time in college.

Professor Ganza is one of the greatest Graduate Level professors at FSCJ. He communicates very timely and effectively. Provides feedback on all assignments and challenges you to think and write on a college level. His expertise challenged me to become a better researcher, writer and student on all levels. I will take his classes again and again.

Professor Ganza is awesome! He works with his students and wants to see them succeed. Be prepared to work though, because there were writing assignments weekly along with quiz. Not very many discussion boards, which was great. Overall, do the work and you should pass the class just fine.

This course is tough with many papers and prof is really tough on APA format for papers and discussions. This is an upper level course so the load is heavy for some weeks. Extra credit is available and the late policy is EXTREMELY flexible and helpful. Communication is key and he responds quickly!

Excellent, participatory instructor. This is an upper level course, so the expectation is that you will deliver upper level work. He is particular about APA which is good, because many instructors do not take the time to show you your APA errors. He does. He answers every email quickly & has thought provoking, helpful feedback in boards + grades

Professor Ganza is a great professor. He's highly interactive with his students (especially with discussion posts) and gives great feedback. He is particular about APA and responding to discussion posts over a period of 3 to 4 days for the week. Be prepared to work especially considering this is an upper division course. I recommend him to anyone.
