Cool Guy and easy to work with...Just talks a lot

He's just cool. He's really laid back and teaches as if he was in the courtroom. He's a teacher you can relate with.

Very very interesting/fun teacher. Tests are EXTREMELY hard but he conducts study sessions to help students.

He's a great teacher, who teaches with examples to show the concepts, and that makes it alot easier to understand. Willing to go above and beyond to help. BLAW should be a 3 hour course..It's a TON of info. that we all seriously need.

Perhaps the dryest professor I have ever experienced. Lectures would put an ADHD student to sleep! However, he is very willing to help and doesn't like to see bad grades in his class. Overall, good teacher.

Mr. Greenhaw loves his subject, but has a tendency to go off on a rant. I wish he would have prepared us more for the first test, but he has made up for it with the last two. Overall I would say he is a better teacher than most.

Good teacher, however I have a SEVERE problem with his grading system. I got a 99 or a 98 on every test, but got cut to a B because of attendance. Attendance doesn't have jack to do with knowing the material. Mastered the material and recieved a B.

I take no pitty on the guy below this who never comes to class. Going to class is part of going to school...obviously. His grading system is FINE and he rewards students who care. This is probably the only teacher who takes time out of his busy schedule to help students away from class. Awesome!

He has been the most helpful teacher I have had here at UofA. He takes time out of his day just to help students...yes that is his job, but he goes out of his way just to make sure students understand the material in class. He is always happy and in a good mood. He treats every student fairly.

Greenhaw is so helpful and gives you notes online that are exactly what he goes over in class. There are no quizzes or other assignments, just the test. He makes study sessions for you. He's VERY available for help. An awesome teacher.

I'll recommend Greenhaw. He is awesome. He has study sessions and is always available to help ANYONE. He's always in a good mood. The class isn't very interesting, though, but even so, anyone can make at least a B in there.

Professor Greenhaw is extremely helpful. If you have a choice between him and Norwood be sure to choose Greenhaw. It's hard to pay attention in that class because the material is boring, but he really tries to make it fun by throwing a few jokes in.

Makes boring material interesting with stories and scenarios. On tests, he often uses the same/similar scenarios to those mentioned in class and the book. You can tell the Qs Greenhaw writing and the ones Norwood writes. He will go above and beyond to help his students. Highly recommended!!

Mr. Greenhaw is great. He's a lawyer himself, so he's knows his stuff backward and forward, and he's always nice and funny. I thought the material was pretty interesting and you learn stuff that helps you out in real life.

Greenhaw knows what he is talking about. He makes it interesting and is very approachable for questioning. He uses good examples in context of the material. Read the book and print out the slides for class. I wish he taught some other WCOB classes.

I can't imagine wanting to go to every 8am class but I do. He is a real world teacher and skips around all of the b.s. He is fun, energetic, always willing to help and brilliant. He will keep you awake in the morning and is one of the best at the U of A.

He is probably the coolest teacher I had. I loved his stories. They're all about drinkin and other stuff that we can relate to. The only thing is u have to work hard for your grade. He tests over a lot of information, is really helpful at the review sessions, you ask him he'll go ove every chapter and tell you everything u need to know.

This large, humorous man made going to a 7:30 class almost worth it. He really answer anything you ask and will put to our level! He will make your work for your grade especially with only three test in the year.

He is a very interesting teacher, and I learned a lot about law. But,if all you want to do is pass then just take the test because even if you make an "F" on all of them, you will still get a "C" in the class. He doesn't believe in flunking people!

Not exactly true; I passed 2 of my tests and went to class nearly every time and got a "D". HOWEVER- He is VERY helpful and clear.. PAY ATTENTION though!! He offers help when needed and is even available for study sessions at nearly any location. STUDY though!!!! Sort of a difficult class; but IF YOU PAY ATTENTION, Greenhaw makes it very easy.

I never went to class after Test 1 except to take the other 2 tests and came out with a B. This class is easy as long as you study your powerpoint slides. Greenhaw's study sessions are very helpful...so go to them!

Class is very easy as long as you go to the review sessions, which is the class right before test day. He tries to help you understand business with clear examples. He also curves to try to get as many people to pass as he can.

I loved this teacher! I'm not a normal perfect attendence type of person, but I made all of his classes. He wants to help you and he's patient! There is no excuse for doing bad in his class!

He is a GREAT teacher. Very willing to help, will set up one on one study times, or large groups if you need it. I highly recoommend taking this class!

What can I say that hasn't already been said? He's a great teacher, he definitely wants you to get an A and he helps you as much as he can. If you go to his reviews before the test and study you will probably make an A. This may be my favorite professor at the U of A.

Greenhaw is a lifesaver. I had Norwood first semester and felt like I was sitting through a lecture in Russian while I understand Greenhaw completely. He puts his notes in a powerpoint and provides the complete ppt on blackboard. He is more than willing to help you pass. He is awesome. Definitely take his class!

Great guy, extremely helpful. Helped me get out of a speeding ticket. Curves at the end of the semester. Super nice. Tests are not that difficult. All Multiple Choice, just know the powerpoints. He does tell you what will be on the test sometime during class so ATTEND!

It is true, if you have his class in the morning it's pretty easiy to fall asleep. But he wants everyone to pass the class, so he sets his grading scale really easy- and posts all his powerpoints and material. There aren't any assignments, so make sure you study for the tests!

Greenhaw is a wonderful professor! You can really tell he cares about every one of his students and wants you to pass his tests. In his review sessions he'll say "Now this isn't everything that's on the test necessarily..." it is, he's giving you the test. Study hard for the test, memorize the practice tests. Know all the concepts & you'll do fine!

Greenhaw is a man's man. He loves teaching and it is clear everytime you walk into his classroom. A little more round about way of teaching then I like but still GREAT TEACHER!!! He goes over everything you need to know for the test and they are quite easy if you study a little. I love this man!!!

I did that and got an A.. It really isn't that hard of a class, but there is no homework so all your grade comes from tests.

Attendance is not mandatory, but I would go since he gives you questions from the test. Study alot for the test because if you don't do so well on one it really hurts your grade since you only have 3 tests and no homework. Great teacher and always open for meeting if you are struggling.

I really enjoyed this class. All he cares about is that the students succeed. He only gives 3 exams and a final. I didn't use my book one time. He puts slides on blackboard and they have all of the info you need. I recommend going to class because he gives you exactly what will be on the tests!

Do well on the first test it was the hardest test. Second test is so easy but study so you can get a 100 and its less points you have to make on the first and the third test. Third test was not that hard but not as easy as the second. Go to review sessions and also go to his office after an exam and figure out which questions you got wrong.

Very easy class if you go to the classes right before the test. Gives you exactly what is on the test. Can easily make an A with only going to class those days but is a lot easier if you go and listen to him.

They made the class slightly harder and bumped it up to 3 hours this year. It is still a very easy class, he gives you everything on the test on Review days. Pretty disappointed in my grade overall, but that's because I was sick for a test and completely screwed my chances for an A. Greenhaw is very passionate about this subject and does everything in his power to help you out. GO TO CLASS AND GO TO OMAR'S REVIEW SESSION and you should get at least a B.

Go to class. You will understand more and be better prepared for the tests. He also says during class "this is on the test." He notices when 75 extra people show up on review day, and has started reviewing less on the class before to encourage attendance. I hear review sessions are hepful. Norwood write tests but Greenhaw teaches to them better.

Don't buy the book. You can make an A without going to Omar's "lectures". Omar only does it for attention. Greenhaw is very helpful and ask questions!

BLAW is definitely a class you need to attend at every chance, and not skip. Though the tests are hard, Greenhaw gives you every opportunity to get help and makes sure all your questions are answered as thoroughly as possible. I would for sure recommend him to every incoming freshman that has to take business law.

BLAW is one of the easiest business classes you'll ever take. People will say you don't have to show up but showing will raise you a whole letter grade compared to if you didn't. Most people will only show up for the reviews but i know for a fact every one who showed up everyday in my class received A's on all the tests.

Greenhaw is the greatest grandpa, attorney and blaw teacheroout there. He is so kind and really cares about his students despite the sheer numbers in lectures. Lectures are daily and you must take notes and go to class in order to be prepped for test. He specifically says "this is a test question". Made boring stuff interesting and current! 10/10

Greenhaw is by far my favorite professor I've had. As long as you show up to class, even though attendance is not mandatory, and take notes and stay engaged you'll be fine. He gives practice tests for each test and always says " this will be on the test" when we're taking notes so you always know exactly what to study.

His class is harder than it needs to be if you understudy for the first test and have to play catch up the rest of the semester. The book isn't mandatory but helped me a lot.

Greenhaw is like a grandpa! He gives funny and entertaining lectures. Tests are challenging and the grading scale doesn't leave any room for "fluff" points. I know a lot of people that had to drop before the final because they figured out they couldn't make a C (which you have to have for pre-bus core not Ds)

William Reginald Greenhaw is the crowned jewel of our university. Not only is he southern, precious, and hilarious, but he has a passion for law that is infectious. As long as you pay attention in class you will get a good grade. His stories are what make his classes roar with laughter and his lectures stick. A Greenhaw class is ALWAYS a good idea.

I would definitely get Greenhaw for business law. He is an awesome person. He really cares about his students. He has a review for every test so I would definitely go to the review because what he says in the review is pretty much on the exam. I think he is a great business law professor.

If you learn best from lectures/reading, this is the class for you! I found this class interesting. You really have to understand the content to do well on the tests. Your four tests are your only four grades for the semester, so you must study or you will not do well!

Greenhaw is literally the best professor in the whole college of the University of Arkansas. The tests can be a little hard but he always tells you what is on the test a few days before and throughout the notes. The powerpoints he puts online do not normally have a ton of information so it's vital to go to class.

BLAW is a difficult course as is, but Greenhaw answers all questions with the short amount of time given. He also welcomes everyone to his office hours. There aren't any SI time for BLAW, but they sometimes schedule test reviews if the material is harder to learn than some. There is no extra credit and tests way heavy in this class.

If you go to class, take good notes, and study correctly, you can easily make an A in this class. I bombed the fist test which is why I ended up with a B, but professor Greenhaw is the sweetest man. He has be a lawyer for years and knows what he is talking about! Very inspirational. Your entire grade is based off 4 tests so you have to study.

Greenhaw is very engaging and passionate about the subject of business law. He loves helping student both in class and in his office hours. He reminds of a grandpa that you wish you had. Definitely considering taking him for a better grade in the future. It's a difficult subject but he works to make it easier.

Greenhaw is that absolute best! I personally just really struggled with the material which is why I made a B, but I know plenty of people that made A's in here. I ended up being two questions away from having a B in the class and didn't even ask for him to change my grade, he just gave me a B himself. Wonderful professor!

The entire class is graded on 4 tests including the final, so study. Gives answers to previous tests. Easy grade as long as you STUDY.

Lecture heavy, class is graded only by the 3 tests and 1 quiz you take. Study guides are provided which makes it easy to get good grade. Overall, good guy if youre taking it online its really hard to understand

Funny and easy class if you pay attention

Mr. Greenhaw is an absolute dime. Blaw with Greenhaw was by far the best class I have taken. The lectures can be a little boring sometimes, but as long as you show up and pay attention you should do fine. Greenhaw is the pinnacle of what a professor should be, experienced in his field and knowledgeable. He will go out of his way to make sure students understand content, even for a bigger class.
