Professor Head is absolutely amazing - if your at IU, taking a class taught by him is a must (even if you aren't that into criminal justice) His jokes are hysterical and he really knows how to relate to the student's he teaches!

Good instructor, funny and knowledgable. Watch out for him hitting the mic and saying "Testing Testing" every single lecture!

I had this class at 9 in the morning and he managed to keep me awake and there everyday. The material is pretty boring, but he manages to make it interesting. If you take this class make sure you get him!

Sure, the jokes are recycled and the mustache looks like it belongs in an 80's ****. He doesn't pass out scantrons and pencils, he THROWS them at you. And anyone who appreciates random spurts of insanity and hilarity will LOVE this class. I give him 4 stars, two thumbs up, and 17 paper cuts.

Bill Head is a kick-ass prof, and I would recommend any one of his classes to any student on campus.

Hey, while at IU I skipped a good portion of my classes...but not Professor Head's class. And that is the greatest compliment I can give. I'm still curious if he *really* has a brother named Richard.

Prof. Head is such a fun teacher. It is great to have a class with him so that you can have a fun laid back part of your day. He knows a lot about IU and his IU-vs-PU jokes are funny.

He makes an idiot of him self and tells the worst jokes, but all his classes are in the morning so it wakes you up. he rips on purdue like no other...the class is pretty easy...just memorize the study guides, and if you goto review he tells you whats on the tests

I'm going to miss the mad moper, officer friendly, ideas about what to discuss at our next kegger, the daily ripping of Purdue, pick-a-student, opening up the class with "welcome to the ______ world of criminal justice". He's crazy, funny, but not an easy A.

Funny guy, good teacher,and is pretty easy. I rarely went to class and got a B.

Great instructor. Really easy to understand and he doesn't make the class any harder than it needs to be. He doesn't give out homework, you just have to make sure you do well on the exam which is fairly easy considering he gives you a review sheet with everything that will be on the exam.

He makes coming to class fun. There aren't a lot of professors who have the ability of teaching in large lecture halls while also keeping all the students engaged and regularly attending.

Awesome class. Bhead is such a good prof. Definitely willing to help in all ways possible, funny, and can always keep students alert. His tests are pretty hard, but he basically tells you everything on the test if you go to his review sessions!!

One of the best professors at IU. My funnest teacher ever. I dropped a class last semester just to wait until this semester to have class with him. He makes you look forward to class and creates an environment where everyone feels free to talk. I recommend this class to anyone who is lucky enough to get enrolled in it before it fills up.

Prof. Head is great. He is really funny. He puts all his notes in a book you can buy, so it is not really necessary to go to class but he is so entertaining and funny I always wanted to go anyway. Highly recommend!

He was awesome. I loved coming to class, only reason I made to campus for my other classes of the day. I wish I'd had him sooner to take more of his classes. All around awesome guy, I mean his ringtone on his phone is the Ninja Turtles theme song.

I absolutely love BHiddy. I took this course last semester with a different prof, and did horrible.Head makes it interesting and made me look forward to attending class. Great professor, great guy.

Awesome! He tells a bunch of jokes. Sometimes you don't get them but his class is a nice break from the stress of college. Like he says, "This class is an easy C."

Took Head's P100 class in Spring 2010 and it made me want to be a criminal justice major! There is alot of material covered but he makes it interesting and fun!!

BHiddy is a great teacher and is absolutely hilarious! I love his class cause he makes it so relaxed. The only bad thing is that since it is so relaxed it can catch you off guard with studying for tests. They're not terribly hard, but you do need to study. Great class overall!

If you read the assigned reading the class is pretty easy. He is really funny if you are not easily offended. Go to the review sessions and he will tell you exactly what you need to know for the test.

I highly recommend this class! He is absolutely hilarious and makes you want to come to lecture. Discussions are very helpful for test preparation. Learned SO MUCH from this class!

I've taken just about all the classes that B.Hiddy offers!! I absolutely love his teaching methods and enjoy him as an individual as well. I wish more professors were like Professor Head!

The class is not an easy A, you will need to read, study and attend lectures (but it's not hard either). Bhiddy is awesome, so good that I'm taking a class next semester just because he teaches it.

Professor Head is not only very funny, but a great teacher. He made criminal justice as interesting as possible by incorporating humor in the class. He is the man.

B Hiddy is super funny, but it can be hard to tell when he is joking or serious at times. Due to his joking around 24/7 the exams can be quite difficult. If you are looking for an easy gen-ed take a different class, but i loved this class besides how hard it was for me. This was much harder than all of my bio classes, which shouldn't be the case

Probably the best professor I've ever had. He's so funny and makes class so interesting. Make sure you attend lectures because they count for attendance and attend discussions because they're so helpful!

P100 with B giddy is a great class to take for all freshman. Easy A if you read the material each week. He puts stars next the topics that will be on each exam on the review sheet! Very funny as well and his lectures are not boring at all, tells lots of funny stories.

Crime in the movies was easy and awesome if you love old crime movies. His tests are harder than you'd expect but if you actually do the readings and spend a little time reviewing it isn't bad at all.

B Hiddy is one of my favorite professors I've had at IU. Just show up and you'll be fine. He'll also give you exactly what is on the exams which makes for an easy class. Also he is hilarious.

Really funny guy, he makes lectures enjoyable with humor. His tests are surprisingly on the harder side compared to what you feel you covered in lectures so watch out for that. Only 4 exams throughout class and online assignments that take like 10 mins each. but like i said exams are on the harder side, definitely can't wing it.

One of the better proffs here at IU. The book is not a must but it would definitely help. If the mind tap is optional do it, it helps a ton. B Hiddy is a knowledgeable guy and bring some humor to each class. The test are a little tougher than what I expected but not impossible as long as you attended lecture and just did mind tap.

Lectures are all straight forward and he explains material well. Always had a funny story to keep things interesting

B Hiddy was great and really made what could've been a boring intro class into a really memorable experience. The discussion sections could've been better but overall if you can take P100 with him, do it!

B-Hiddy is a hilarious professor. The material is clear and associated with anecdotes college students understand. He opens up MindTap occasionally throughout the year, and it will help your learning. The discussion sections aren't very useful, but show up. He'll also have funny pop-quizzes every once in a while as attendance.

Simple class. Show up, watch a movie, and write a paper. Writing the papers are very easy, just a bit of a hassle. There is a book that I would recommend reading because there is a good amount of questions over it. Take it because it's easy and you will see some great movies.

Hilarious professor, funniest prof I've had at IU. He loves to joke around and get off topic in class, especially Purdue jokes. However his tests are difficult and can be worded very tricky, almost like he's trying to trick you instead of have you learn the material. Online textbook are easy points as well as attendance. But tests are 80% of grade

Professor Head is the best professor I've taken at IU. He's hilarious and genuinely wants you to succeed. Seriously, great guy, very knowledgeable.

BHitty is great. He's funny, fun, and straight-forward about the class. Many of the movies he chose for the class were great, with a few exceptions. Sometimes he rambles, but he jokes, so it's alright.

He's a pretty funny guy that enjoys joking around in lectures. Although I did found his jokes distracting sometimes. He does have tons of knowledge and real world experience on the topic. The course itself isn't hard but most of the learning comes from the discussion classes.

The expectations for this class are very clear. Tests are non-cumulative, and most of the grade is just from doing online activities or showing up to class. B Hiddy is absolutely hilarious and he makes class a lot of fun. He has a lot of interesting stories to tell, too. Definitely would take another class with him!

The lectures are very interesting and worth going to! The reader he made really helps for taking notes during class. The tests are confusing UNLESS you read each question carefully. He doesn't go over everything during lectures so be sure to read as well. Be sure to sit in the front so he doesn't make fun of you. Funny guy, great Purdue jokes.

Professor Head is absolutely hilarious. Hes been teaching the same class for 20+ years so he knows exactly what hes talking about. There is a lot of reading but you get credit for the reading and quizzes that go along with it. We had 4 tests including the finals and two small 200-500 word papers to write.

Don't miss your chance to have one of IU's best professors. You will laugh and learn. Review study guides and you'll be fine.

B HIDDY IS A LEGEND he's one of those profs that you remember after college, he's so weird and funny. he makes crime stuff absolutly hilarious.

The GOAT professor. Take CJUS100 if you need a somewhat easy A and an enjoyable 3 credits cuz this man is hilarious.

He's a pretty great professor. Jokes around a lot, but still manages to teach the material. The text book reading was kinda rough though, very boring.

He's hilarious! He has review sessions for the test which highly recommend cause some things reviewed end up on the test. You have to do the readings to understand the material plus the test do cover them. You do need to show up to class cause he will offer up examples he's covered only in class. It's an easy A if you read and attend lecture.

I love this man. The reading sucks but you can just speed through it. He makes some of the most boring material really funny and interesting. Straight legend.

the class was pretty easy but tests were kind of hard, even when studying. participation is mandatory but he rarely takes it. his lectures are really fun but discussion gets repetitive and boring. would def take another class w him tho

B Hiddy is hilarious and makes lectures super fun and interesting, but he gets off-topic often and has to speed through material that he hasn't covered the lecture before tests. Readings are long and agonizing and tests are difficult, but overall I think Bill is what makes this class worth taking.

Professor Head was great. Super chill. If you're a cjus major, he's an important person to know. Attend class, participate, and turn your camera on and you'll be good. Most test material comes from lectures so all of the reading isn't necessary. He definitely gets off topic during lectures, but otherwise they're usually pretty interesting.

Like 4 tests and a few assignments. Pretty easy, especially if you have prior knowledge. Youll pass and if you try youll at least get a C. Bhead is an icon that everyone needs to experience. He keeps the class interesting and hilarious. Such an icon that he is the professor to show up the most on barstool.

professor head (bhiddy) is a real gem. he was extremely funny and was an overall fantastic professor. although his lectures would easily go off until tangents. personally i found the discussion class with the AI more beneficial than the actual class. exams werent horrible.

He's hilarious, but he goes on with the jokes for too long and we end up having very little time to engage in lectures. I still found the material engaging and interesting, but you really have to study for the exams.
