Class had a lot of group activities (the last one, based on Star Trek, was funny); midterm was take-home but graded rather harshly; fortunately extra credit was offered (correct your midterm errors)

First, for those who write bad about this professor need to learn a proper grammar. Second, he is a very good teacher and understands our problems. He's there for his students at all times to help them as much as he can. Wasson has very flexible office hours and lenient with those who show effort.

I took Wasson years ago, and I can still remember his classes. He's an awesome proffesor....and when you see him around campus don't hesitate to say Hello.

This class was so easy, I felt like I was in grade school. Nothing to do, no challenge whatsoever. I thought he was pretty cool until I took him all my "A" papers and asked why I had a "B" in his class. Even with HIS grade marks, he said I was "cheating." Weirdo, but my mysteriously is an "A" now...

This class is SO EASY! Just make sure you show up because class/group work is a big chunk of your grade. Other than that there's not much to it. Pretty interesting class, you learn about yourself and how others see you and how your culture influences your decisions etc... EASY A.

WASSON IS A COOL GUY!!! doesn't believe in homework so don't worry too much about that. the group work is fun and participation actually does help you learn more. just participate and do the projects and you should do fine.

His class is so Easy, and theres so any **** hot chicks in his class. Good for him, and the students, because he's fun. Seriously, theres so many hot chicks, but there are some fugly ones too. But there just there to balance out the class.

FUN CLASS! It's all group work, with a few individual assignments. He cracks a lot of jokes, and kept me rollin' all class long. The final project is to do a skit where the guys act like girls, and the girls act like guys. Very FUNNY!!!

He is a good teacher and easy to talk to if you have any questions. You mostly work in groups but you pick your group. He has a midterm, group project and a take home final. Try not to miss classes because you lose points on in class work.

Yeah, I was the stripper on the table for the group project.. ha!! Now people started calling me "Stripperella".. i'll never forget this class.. had fun.. take him if you want some entertainment..

This dude is a trip, I hadn't had fun in any class like I had in this class since high school, he's very approachable, very helpful, and knowledgeable. I reccomend him to anyone, he's a cross between Benny Hill and Bill Clinton lol

A fun and wild professor. He's really cool, well kind of old, which makes him very skillfull and knows what he is doing. I got an A. All the work is group work, very little individual work. Midterms and final are take-home, you can call or e-mail exchange answers from friends. VERY EASY class and a cool-hip teacher

I have taken all my sociology classes with him. his is one of the easiest teacher out there. Just as long as you go to class and do group exercise which would give you a easy A in that class. However it is a little bit confusing understanding the stuff he wants to do so you need to ask him.

A very fun class. All you talk about is sex in that class. He is very funny for his age and very helpful. He will add you even when the class is full, I missed 4 classes and still manage to catch up and get an A. HIGHLY RECOMMENDDED!

This was my very first class that I took, and to my suprise it was the easiest. There is no textbook needed, just follow the handouts and go to class every day. It's an easy A+ if you take his class. Both the midterm and final are take home.

Show up and do all the work and you will get a good grade. There are a lot of group activities, but not really anything difficult. Lectures are usually informative and entertaining (jokes may be a bit corny). He really makes an effort to educate and he cares a lot about the students and the community. I would recommend him just for that reason.

Prof. Wasson is funny, friendly, helpful, fair, and lenient when it comes to grading. Just turn in homework, attend class everyday, do the group work, and he will help you with the final major project in the end, every step of the way and you will get an A in the class! Taking this class with him was fun and it's nothing to stress out over.

We have take home midterm and finals.... HE let's your revise the midterms to recieve 1/2 points for every correction.......... He's highly recommended for an easy A.............

Easy class. Attendance and participation are counted toward grade. Group projects/discussion almost every class. Major project of the quarter is performing a skit where your group portrays the opposite sex.

Very funny & easy professor; hw are easy, no textbook required, just a package of his papers. Take home final, doesn't care on grammar, as long as u answer the question he asks. Work w/ group. Easy class ONLY if you attend class every day. Grade is based on easy group exersices and if you miss, its really hard to boost your grade.All Sociology prof. seem to be a bit bitter so dont let that stop you from taking his class or to ask questions. I recomend him.

He was extremely easy. He makes sociology fun and... interesting. He likes to talk about the human acts of nature alot... but you'll find him charming and hilarious. The textbook was only a paper packet so you save lots of $$$. Take him if you want to learn and have a good time.

He's so easy- it's not even funny. We had a take home midterm & he tells you where to find all the answers in our Sociology exercise book (it's mandatory to buy since you use it every time). He's a cute, little old man that can get away w/ talking openly about sex & all the details that go w/ it. No readings or hw: highly recommended!

Professor Wasson is a mid-western, laid back kind of guy who is very sincere in his teachings. His midterm and final were take home and the in-class activities were easy but kind of a waste of time. Oh, and for your information, his T.A. was a nightmare! Keep all of your assignments because they tend to get "misplaced" or "not graded"

I acually dont like him cuz he can at times be just as rude as his T.A. Easy class but u have to attend every meeting cause he checkes attendence by submited class assignements given out every day. Take home mid, final and a presentation which was a skit everyone had to act in.

Dr. Wasson is awesome! The class is really easy and he makes his lectures interesting, with funny stories too. Easy assignments, fun group activities, take-home midterm and final. He lectures based on the "exercise book", so buy that one. The textbook was not used at all, so don't buy it. Plus, he puts it on reserve at the library anyway.

This class is extremely easy. Just do the easy assignments and group skit and you should do well! He makes jokes and stuff. The only thing I did not like about him was he would loose assignments.

Wasson can be confusing about his assignments at times, but if you speak to him after class he will clarify. I took him for a night class and he would let us out to go do our homework early. There was no book, just a course packet. I highly suggest !

It is mandatory to attend class because there are group work almost every day. You can fix any mistakes on your work and turn it in for half a point per problem. This class is easy. You literally have to try not to pass this class.
