Wanna laugh? Willitts is HILARIOUS. He will make sure you remember the material. Emails the notes, reviews the test, answers questions, & very friendly. This is a HARD class-you NEED to study! I busted my butt & got an A, but it was NOT easy. Willitts will work with you if you're having issues. I'm just upset that he doesn't teach anything else!

You have to work hard in this class period. He e-mails you slides of notes you can study and reminds you for any quizzes or tests you might have with e-mails. He cares and wants you to know the information, he will help and likes to see students who try. Hates lazy students.

This teacher has been one of my fav. teachers! He gives you slides for each chapter by email. He has 5 tests and one is dropped. (not being the final). Two of the tests were take home..& one had a buffer to help your grade!He really wants the students to pass... I recommend him for sure!

this Proffesor is one of the best. one of my favorites, he will help you, you just need to pay attention and be there at every class. even do he is not very young, he very funny and always has stories that he combines with his lecture, so that way you will get the concept. i do highly recommend him to everybody. enjoy your course with him.

This class is very hard, but this professor really goes out of his way to help his students any way he can. He emails you PP slides before each class so that you have enough time to grasp the material before his lecture. He comes to you in class and answers any questions that you have. He's funny and caring. Def will take him again.

He's very helpful and lenient with the quizzes. He doesn't teach for full 3 hour lab, but he keeps you until the end of class to study in class. Just keep in mind that this course is not easy even if the professor is lenient. Studying is a must.

Prof Willitts is really cool! He is really helpful if he sees you trying! A little unconventional but a nice guy. His quizzes are mini practicals so be prepared to study A LOT! This class is hard but not impossible! I got an A! You can too!

Anatomy is not an easy subject but professor Willits goes over and beyond to make sure his students pass, while adding humor into it which he's very good at. Definitely take him !!!!

Professor Willitts is WONDERFUL. I took the express summer portion, and he taught me more than most professors can in a regular semester. He genuinely cares about his students and wants you to succeed. Go to class, do the work and you will do well. I will be taking him again in the fall for anatomy 2. I wouldn't want anyone else!

Best professor, he really cares about helping his students pass, he will give you extra points for attendance but be prepare to study hard. In lab he will take him time with each table explaining anything you might not understand. He really cares about his students, and he does make a lot of jokes but he will make you remember the material.

If your looking for an easy A, he's your guy. If your looking for a challenge take someone else.

This is my favorite professor by far. I've taken him for A&p 1 and 2 lecture and lab. He really cares about and his students. You have to put in the work to get a good grade, but he's lenient and such a great person. He gives scenarios from his experience and hints to them on the practicals. Take him if you want to pass.

Prof. Willitts is a great teacher. He does a great job at relating the material to us so we can understand. He uses the lab manuel for quizzes, every quiz is about 50Q and he photo copies diagrams from the book and we fill in labels.. but he is very lenient with grading. Overall I recommend Prof. Willitts to anyone who wants an enjoyable class

He’s guru of A&P. This is my 2nd semester taking him for both lab and lecture, and I couldn’t imagine being as successful in his class without him. He’s one of those teachers that really leave an imprint in your life. I’m just sad he doesn’t teach anything else. If you really want to learn he’s your guy.

Great professor helps you with anything you need. even helps on quizzes and tells you everything that's going to be on the exams and finals. Goes around to every table and works individually with every table and student. Wish I could take him again. easy A if you have good memory

I would definitely recommend Professor Willitts! He is very helpful, doesn't care on spelling and gives extra credit in attendance. 2 quizzes, and 2 practicals not hard at all ! He is pretty funny when he gives you hints on his quizzes but it's not an easy A. You just have to study hard and you will do fine. I wish I could take him again !

He's a good professor, he comes off a little mean sometimes but over all he wants to help. He is very helpful when it comes to what to know on exams and quizzes. He is a very lenient grader, don't worry about spelling. He walks around the class to help people study but most studying needs to be on your own.

LOVE HIM! Two Quizzes and Two Practical exams. If you like structure, his class is straightforward, no surprises. Requires a lot of studying for an A+, but by far the best professor who is not out to fail you, but to lay the basic foundation of medical knowledge. He truly cares and WANTS YOU TO LEARN. I would 100% recommend him. Amazing.

He was a great professor , in all honesty. He tough from Doctor Aviles notes. He lets you review what is on the test ,and majority of the test are either straight from the PowerPoint notes that he sends you in your panther web website. He was real easy for me, all you have to do, is study what is given to you. Yes the book is needed too.

Great teacher, smart and funny. Does not let you leave early ever! Tests can be easy but that is only if you study everything. I really enjoyed the practicals, it was a bit crazy, kind of like speed dating, a minute at every station with a different bone. If you didn't enjoy it that is because you didn't study. Got a high B in the class.

Proff Willitts is an awesome teacher. Super clear about what you need to know. His exams require you to know a lot of information but if you are going into the medical field its necessary to learn. He is laid back and funny I really enjoyed his lectures and sense of humor. I highly recommend taking him.

I took Prof. Willitts because I failed A&P the first time because of a stupid technicality, so I have seen what other A&P professors are like. I would highly recommend taking this class, he truly wants his students to pass. Study the textbooks & things that he goes over in class in depth & put in the work and you will definitely come out w/ an A.

Dr. Willitts is awesome. You have to work hard and do lots of studying, but I left his class feeling very prepared. All his tests are fill in the blank (no multiple choice!) but he doesn't count off for spelling. I liked him so much that I'm taking him for A&P 2 lab next semester.

Ofcourse you gotta study but literally you only need the first "3 letters" in the word and he gives it to you ! 15 extra credit at the end attendace + evaluation paper. I deff. Recomend to take him hes deff. The best ever! I ended the class with an "A".

He is a very nice person and funny . You really have to study hard to get an A or B in the class . His exams are not multiple-choice they are fill in the blank of Diagrams from the book with no word bank. There is a positive side to the exams it prepares you for the practical exams . Put effort and study and I guarantee you will pass .

The class in itself isn't an easy class, but he makes the class as easy as he can, spelling doesn't count, which really helps, and he's very flexible as long as you put in effort.

Professor Willits is a very good instructor. I took him for APII and achieved an A. You will pass once you study. You can not expect to pass if you do not study or work hard. This is a tough class, but he is a great professor.

Prof. Willits is very smart and wants you to learn the material. He give extra credit for lecture and lab. For the lab he tells you what to study, it is almost imposible to fail his lab. Lecture is a bit heavy. A lot of reading. AP is not an easy class anyways, is a lot of information you need to learn. You have to read a lot.

A&P is a hard class so if you're looking for an easy A without putting in the work, its just not going to happen. YOU HAVE TO STUDY TO GET AN A! Great teacher wants you to really know anatomy. Doesn't count spelling. Let's you know everything on them exams. Group table projects. Sometimes puts you on the spot so study up before class he sends notes to your email. Extra credit for attendance and class evaluation. Makes corny jokes some are funny.

In this teachers class he provides power point notes. And give great tips and pre written notes. He tells you exactly what will be on the test. In lab you get a blank paper and its always 100 questions. you get another sheet and it has the organs or parts with the number associated with the test. use quizlet fill in the blank to practice.

I took Willits for AP 1 and 2 he is funny and his class is not hard. He cares about his students. The textbook is not required he tells you everything that you need to know for his exams and quizzes

Great professor caring, passionate, and enthusiastic about teaching. I passed this class with an A but you have to work for it. He goes over what will be on each test/quiz and gives extra credit. This is not a class you can miss often every lab is very important.

He was a good professor. You need to put in the time. His tests arent easy and the diagrams arent the same as what he quizzes on which is pretty frustrating. He doesnt really give extra credit however attendance is big and can easily give you the push up Or down if youre right on the border. Hes to the point.

The class is easy in the sense that there is no assignments or homework, it's just quizzes and tests that your grade is based on. Taking the A&P lab online was weird and unfortunate, but the Prof did the best he could considering the pandemic. Make sure you do good on the test and quizzes though or it'll definitely bring your grade down.

I took his 3-hour lecture class and it honestly wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. he sends you the powerpoints he will be reviewing in class in advance. he goes over every slide and explains in depth what they mean. maybe took 2-3 quiz throughout the semester. he lets you use the powerpoints which have all the answers to quizzes and exams.

This class was lots of fun! He is a retired GI doctor and has lots of stories that he weaves into the labs. Attendance is mandatory but the lectures were interesting and he kept me focused. I would take him again for sure if I could, wish I had taken him for the lecture class also!

He's an amazing person. I took him for bsc2085 lab1 online and he was really funny and makes you understand the easier way. I'm taking him this year for lab 2 again.

If you study you will pass this class. Seriously. All you need to do is study and you'll be fine. We are only graded by tests so if you don't study of COURSE you'll fail. Quizzes are 100 questions and tests are 50 questions but its seriously not as bad as it sounds. Once again, if you study you WILL pass. He literally tells us what to study.

Hands down the best Professor I have ever had. He genuinely wants you to pass as well as retain the information you learn, and gives you all the tools to do so. Gives lots of funny anecdotes to help you remember and understand some of the more complicated subjects. Study and you'll do well. I took both Anatomy Labs and was not disappointed.

Great prof, he uses funny analogies to remember hard concepts. Keep in mind it's a lot of work!! You have to genuinely study A&P to pass. We don't have hw, but powerpoints & labs done in class are helpful in understanding things. Attendance is Key! This class isn't one you can bs. If you don't study ur done. Study, pay attention & you'll be fine.

He honestly isn't the worst guy to deal with. Emailing him is a long shot, but he truly cares for students and wants nothing but the best for you. His jokes are like South Park's meaning he has an interesting way of going about joking, but he means no harm. He's just old and enjoys little doobies.

I absolutely loved and enjoyed this class. His class was 3 hours and just once a week with only 2 tests and then a final. As long as you study and show up to class, you're gonna pass with flying colors. I loved his humor, his method of teaching and I would definitely take him all over again. I even signed up to take him again next semester for A&P2

He's a funny, sarcastic teacher. If you have social anxiety and want to cry cause a teacher made a joke in front of the class to you, maybe don't take this class but he really means no harm. He does joke a lot but just roll with the punches and be prepared to study in this class because it's a lot of information.

Excellent professor. Only 4 grades: 2 100-question fill-in-the-blank quizzes, and the midterm and final both have 50 questions. He tells you everything you need to know for the tests and quizzes. No homework, all you have to do is study. He grades attendance, so that matters.

He's a great professor who clearly explains what to study. Be on time the first day because he might seem intimidating at first, but he is actually funny and very knowledgeable. The class requires a lot of memorization, so study regularly. If you stay on top of the material, it is an easy and enjoyable class.

He is a very funny professor, and he makes the classes fun. He jokes a lot with the students and can be a bit offensive, but he means no harm. He goes over the slides with the class, but you have to do a lot of studying on your own. No homework, just 2 quizzes, midterm, & a final exam. IF YOU DONT STUDY, YOU WILL NOT PASS. I made that mistake!
