This teacher makes English 122 fun! He will keep you from slacking off and is GENUINELY interested in making sure that you will do well in his class. He builds great rapport with students with his stories and sense of humor. But, he also will make sure that you work for your grade.

Prof. Class missed his calling--he should have been a stand-up comic. As to his course, he's an incredibly bright man who's also very real. The novels he assigns are varied and thought-provoking. The essays require some effort, mostly because you really *want* to turn in quality work. His personal history is a wonderful success story in itself.

English isn't my strongest subject, but prof. Class made it interesting. i had him for Women's Lit, which we had to read NINE books, but we only got to eight. The midterm was a 1-2 paper and the final was in-class on the last book we read. He's a tough grader, but he splits his grade between grammer and context.

He is also very handsome and his great personality makes you want to go to class. Only had a few essays and his grading was not difficult. Also, attendance is mandatory.

If you prefer a professor that will give you an A for walking in the door (as I do) then do not take him. Demonstrating extreme effort to improve does not suffice; your work must be up to par whether you try hard or not - period. If you are looking for a GREAT professor who is worth your time, take him. But be forewarned, the work is tedious.

I took Wilson 4 times. He's definitely the best professor I had at MCC. He's demanding, a hard grader & doesn't make his course easy but he's committed 2 making his students better writers. His classes R fun & engaging and he's really down 2 earth & easy to talk 2. Def. would recommend U take his class but registrar early. His classes fill up fast.

I did not like Prof Class durng the first few weeks of the course. Now I think he is one of the best professors on campus. I am an Eng major and I still found his class tough. He requires a great deal of writing, but you will get better. Prof makes you laugh and cry. Take him if you want to challenge yourself, trust me you will!

If you want an easy A, Professor Class is not the professor to take. If you want to be challenged, motivated, and increase your overall knowledge of the English language, he is the professor to take. Attendance is mandatory. One of the most knowledgable educators at MCC. I would highly recommend him for English 122.

Professor Class is a great professor he knows his stuff! Really cares about his students and wants them to become better college-level writers. He will correct any mistakes a student has made on an essay and will explain it after class one on one. Just don't confuse his character with someone you can take advantage of because you are not.

We would often drift off topic & he throws people out of class if they didn't read the assignment (if someone pays for the class they should have the choice, esp'chly if they're not disrupting anything).

Absolutely hilarious professor and I enjoyed every second of class. Although he is a tough grader, Prof. Class lets you know what you did wrong to improve. I took this class because I needed an humanities course. He is a very tough grader and will rip your paper apart. He helped me with my writing but i personally did not like the class because of the fact I am not a writing major. He's a tough grader, and he really knows how to connect with his audience. Every single class consists of him ranting about his life. He makes it known that nobody in the class is good at writing. Basically nothing you do in his class is going to be good enough for him. Its extremely hard to receive an A even if you show up to every single class and work hard.
