Dr. Casper is great! His class is enjoyable, and the work load is fair. He gives one big presentation assignment with a group, and a few online exams that you take at home. Definitely take him if you have the opportunity.

Dr. Casper is a wealth of knowledge since he worked in the corporate world for so long before becoming a professor. He is funny and respected. His class has been very easy so far. But I wish we would spend more time on the material from the book, as I don't feel like I've learned all that much. But I would definitely recommend him as a professor.

Really fun professor to take for class. He wants you to be engaged in the class and participate as much as possible. Likes group projects but gives you plenty of time to prepare. I would Defiantly recommend taking him for any class.

Had for Intro to HRM and R&S - love him! Although a bit zany and scatter-brained, he is genuinely interested in giving you the best education for your investment. Big on perfecting your resume, group work, & applying TB concepts to real life (even though he doesn't really teach from the TB). Gives you multiple avenues (Ex Cr)to get an A. Take him!

Professor Casper is very knowledgeable in the Human Resource department. His real world experience really allows you to become engaged. Although lectures may seem to run on, really listen to what he has to say. He knows what the real world is looking for in our managers.

Professor Casper is a wonderful teacher who is always there for his students. The only thing I would fix is to not take away the homework giving answers, he mentioned he will but I hope not. Giving the answers help me see why my answer was wrong and what is the right one. I would recommend professor Casper for sure to others!

Dr. Casper is one of my favorite professors at Rowan. He is so funny and he definitely knows a lot about the HR world. There are three online exams and one BIG group project but everyone usually gets an A. I wish we would use the book more but you still use it for the presentation and the tests. Take him!

Dr. Casper is the man. He has a lot of good life experience & good real world examples as he worked in the corporate world of HR for many years before becoming a professor. He does resume review, which is extremely helpful. The group project is super easy, but involves presentation where you only talk 15 seconds per slide- you'll be fine. TAKE HIM!

This class was alot of fun. Exams are online, and group work in class is a given. The only hard assignment is the group presentation but other than that it was a breeze. You do have to see the lectures online to answer the exam. This professor overall is funny and upbeat. He didn't require a textbook.

Really knowledgeable professor who knows his stuff for HR. Lectures are always interesting and he always takes questions before, during, and after class. Likes to do out of the ordinary things to teach you (making a resume for a super hero). Tests are online and really easy. Gives lots of extra credit.

Dr. Casper is not only extremely experienced and knowledgeable, but he is hilarious. His lectures are always entertaining and to the point. Most of the work is online, so as long as you keep up with the readings and quizzes and participate in class, you will do great. Very cool guy.

Takes attendance every class. He tries to be interesting, a little scary that there is not much true teaching since I took his HRM class and I am a HR major. LOTS of group work, easy but annoying.

Casper runs all of his classes the same way every time. One or two quizzes a week but they are super easy and only about 1 to 5 questions. Always offers a lot of extra credit. Very nice and always gets back to all emails. Knows a lot about the real business world and can give great advice on almost anything in that realm. I have taken him twice.

Dr. Casper is a great teacher, he knows a lot about the subject. I had him once and it seems like I had him multiple times. He wants to help every student, his class is good and the assignments are online. Just take him, you wont regret it!

Great professor. Really understands the subject and wants his students to understand it and to succeed in the future. Keep up with the online quizzes, participate, and pay attention and you'll be fine. Hilarious and understanding guy, but be prepared for a big group presetation.

Quirky guy but funny. Doesn't really lecture in class, you need to do the readings and watch his lecture videos at home. Lots of I class activities and he loves participation.

Dr. Casper is the absolute best, and I'm not just saying that because it's my major & I have to take his classes. He is awesome! Class isn't mandatory but it's the only way to get points and learn. Theres a group project due at the end and all the quizzes/midterm/final are online. Awesome class and professor, wish I could take him for all classes

Dr . Casper is an all around good guy. Class can be a little confusing at times as to what is expected, but there is no reason you cant get an a in the class if you show up and do what is expected of you

Casper is an awesome professor and very knowledgeable in HR. He tries to make class fun and doesn't make you just sit through a lecture every class. Pretty easy to get an A in the class, although he is pretty organized which makes it difficult sometimes.

Dr. Casper is the best! All of his classes are a blast and always learn something new. I've taken him for two classes and loved them both. I wish he taught more classes in HR! If you need an elective or need to take him, TAKE him he is by far the best professor on campus! Would absolutely take him again!

Amazing professor! I loved his class and I am not an HR major. He makes learning fun and everything you learn in his class will help you in the future. The workload is not overwhelming and the mid term and final are both online. There is one group presentation but it does not require a paper. He gives extra credit and is very funny.

Casper is a great professor and an easy grader. I've had him for Management of Human Resource and Organizational Behavior. He really makes his lectures interesting and gives extra credit. Simply do the work and go to class and you should get an A.

Professor Casper is hands down the best professor I've had in 4 years at Rowan. I had him for mngmt of HR and I learned SO much from him. All tests are multiple choice and online and he gives a lot of extra credit. He is always willing to help you and gives great feedback always. He's a real gem!!!

Professor Casper is fantastic. He offers so many opportunities for extra credit to count toward your final grade. No textbook required and exams are online and taken outside of class. Questions can be tricky though so be careful. There is a group project due at the end of the semester so make sure you choose reliable people.

Prof Casper became one of my favorite professors this semester. The course work is easy and manageable but still gets you thinking. There's not put a heavy focus on quizzes and tests. Tests and quizzes done online at your own time within the timeframe he gives. One major project at the end of the semester. Show up, take the tests, do the project and you will get an A! Super easy professor, awesome way to lecture to his students. the only real assignment other than take home exams is a big presentation you have to do with your group that you pick.

Professor Casper is the ideal professor you want to have in the HR field. There is just one group project due and you cant get less then a 90 on it. He does not judge on public speaking but on effort. So take How to sure.

I am a student athlete at Rowan, and sometimes I miss class for baseball. His flexibility and ability to catch me up so easily says a lot about him. It shows that he does care, and wants me to learn the material.

This is good class and a great man 10/10 recommend him for any course. He made me want to minor in HR after his course. There are group projects with presenting but its not bad, he goes easy on you. Nice laid-back class with lots of conversation.

The class is very enjoyable to go to. I took it as a double at night and I did not dread going at all. He keeps class interesting so you aren't bored. There is an end of the semester group presentation. Other than that theres quizzes on blackboard every week that are super simple and the tests are also online. Would take this professor again!

Professor Casper's class is easy and he is one of the nicest professors I've ever had. He can be all over the place and forgetful but he always makes sure to fix his mistakes and re-open quizzes that are marked late by accident. The only negative to his class is the group presentation that the class centers around. Overall I would take him again.

Professor Casper is the best! For Management of Human Resources you'll have to do a Pecha Kucha presentation. If you don't know what that is look it up. The presentation is the hardest thing you'll do in the class. Quizzes and tests are easy and all on Blackboard. I definitely recommend taking him!! Really nice guy!

This is one of the best professors I've had so far! His lectures are informative and engaging. He is very easy to understand, kind, and personable. The class activities are fun to do, and a great way to learn. Most activities are done in groups.

Professor Casper has engaging presentations and makes the topic genuinely interesting. There is a big class presentation which may seem intimidating, but he gives you all of the resources to be successful. As long as you show up to class and put in effort you will have no problem getting an A!

Dr. Caspers teaching style is laid back. No book purchase! He provides valuable tips on giving presentations minus the usual pressure of public speaking. He teaches things everyone (even outside of HR) will value in the future. Ex: how to shake a hand, presentation techniques, resume assistance. All tests and quizzes are online.

He is hands down the best professor I have had at Rowan. Class time is enjoyable, he actually cares about his students, he cancels class every so often which is always nice, he jokes around with you and makes it appoint to know every one of his students. I 100% recommend taking him. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT.
