Contrary to what others have written,I thought she was kind of hard. In order to get an A in this class you must be prepared to MEMORIZE her notes and by memorize I mean you should be able to visualize her notes on exams in order to do well! also she doesn't curve so be careful with how you do on exams! I don't think she was super hard , although I had to study a lot to get an A, but it is just the way Anatomy is,a lot of work. Anatomy is like learning a new language and you will have to memorize a lot of weird names and stuff but not everything in that class was memorization. I felt I've never learned so much before. I won?t say this was an easy class. You have to study a lot otherwise you will not do well. However, she gives clear explanation and she will keep explaining until you understand. Her teaching and notes are elementary but her tests are long. Essay questions can be overwhelming when mixed in with multi-choice tests. Challenging labs, dozens of slides, too many to remember. She takes her simplified lectures as a free pass to go overboard. Not an easy pass. Frustrated Pharm students started cheating. Take Alaudi instead.

I took Peckham for BOTH A&P 1 and 2 during my sophomore year. So far, she is by the best professor I have EVER had, and she genuinely cares about her student's education. Right off the bat, Dr. Peckham is a wonderful professor who knows her stuff. She uses a precise method of teaching that anyone can understand and follow. Was this an easy class? Nope, you need to study a good amount, study at least a few days before the exam to get above 95 on her exams. There's also a lot of econnect assignments you need to do.

Ok honestly Peckham is good. I got a A in this class. But here is the thing, I studied so hard for her tests and thats why I got an A. Sooo hard. But I ended up getting a C+ for orgo. My friend on the other hand got a C+ for her, but an A- for orgo (we have shedrinsky btw). Its either one or the other.

I have referred back to her slides in every single one of my nursing classes so far (PATHO, PHARM, FUNDAMENTALS)!!!!! Dont really need textbook, just study slide and listen in class and you will get an A.

Professor Peckham is exceptionally thoughtful, genuine, and compassionate. I am truly grateful for the time and effort she put into this course. Dr. Peckham is always there for anyone who needs help and goes above and beyond by dedicating extra time to review sessions before exams. It is truly outstanding how much she cares about this class.

THE BEST professor I've ever taken. I enjoyed going to her class. The lectures/labs are long but Professor Packham makes it interesting and really helps students understand what they are learning. She also provides feedback on exams and gives plenty of opportunities for extra credit. If you want to learn and get a good grade, take her.

Dr. Peckham is the best professor you can take here, hands down. If you think this means it's easy to cheat, WRONG. You don't need to! She's such a good professor you'll understand everything, you'll actually love learning it. She makes class interesting, she doesn't treat us like robots and allows room for creativity. AMAZING. her lectures were great and tests were based off of them. lots of room for partial credit on exams. really cares about her students, and wanted to get to know us personally. sent us email before class letting us know updates about the work. i would take any class she taught.

Dr. Peckham is truly the BEST professor that I have ever had. Her lectures were always clear, organized, and you walked out of class retaining the material. She also gave review sessions before every exam for both lab and lecture. She was also very caring and helpful. I strongly recommend taking her class!!!
