Listen carefully! Soft-spoken but very articulate and educational. Funny stories. Will help after class, but get a tutor or go to math lab for more help. Works on points. Extra credit available. Gives credit for showing up in class!

I think some of the remarks about Eagle are cruel and uncalled for. He is one of the best professors I have ever met and a great guy too! I heard him just fine, and I have a hearing problem! Don't blame his accent because you're a lazy, bitter loser.

I found his class easy to go through. Though some people can't seem to understand what he is saying because of his accent. I found him easy to understand.

He's very helpful and sometimes fun guy. but you should get a tutor in tutoring center or his lab. Mike knows everything better than the prof.

Great teacher especially if you are well versed in the material. If you are a beginner then definately get in some lab work.

He is very clear in teaching. Since it is very, very easy to pass the class, you will not learn much. If you want to stay only one hour and 20 minutes for 3.5 hours class and still like to pass the class with A, choose him!

Nice guy, class is as easy as it gets for Math. I learned a lot, but be warned, it's easy to fall behind. I should have got a B in the class but I slacked at the end and didn't do so hot on the final, still I got a C, no problem, and math is hard for me.

I was impressed with the clarity of his lessons. He takes the quizzes from the homework and the tests from the quizzes, only changing the numbers so you don't memorize them. His teaching is so straightforward that I imagine it's difficult to fail the class unless you don't show up at all, or don't do any of the homework.

I absolutely adore this man! He's funny, easy to understand despite his accent. All quiz questions are taken from the homework. All test questions are taken from the quizzes. You would have to be practically retarded to get below a C. Easy A if you study. (I didn't, and I think I have a B.) He's extremely nice and helpful. Take him!

I am a total loser with mathematics--you don't understand. I was never, and may never be able to pass these math classes with any other professor. Mr. Zhuang really breaks it down into the most necessary, most essential problems and formulas--really beats around all the fluff and details. The Eagle has indeed landed!

i took this class in the winter semester and it was pretty easy for me. he lets us take home this quiz and the questions on the quiz are straight from the notes, so be sure to copy the notes! aside from being a good teacher, he is really funny too. he makes the class fun!

Mr. Zhuang Is the BEST professor ever! Seriously, All professors should learn from his STYLE and his technique of teaching. He really breaks it down and makes Math DOABLE for everyone! He is very helpful and straight forward, By far one of the best professors I have ever had and he makes the subject interesting with some humor to keep you intrigued

He explains everthing clearly and makes sure you understand it. He works a lot off the book, the quizes are from there and the tests are made from the quizes. He also explains the quiz questions so take good notes and it will be easier. He does talk a little soft sometimes so if you're hard of hearing don't sit in the back! He's the best teacher!

Mr. Zhuang is a very helpful professor and explains each type of math problem so well that they seem easy and completely understandable. People say that he's an "easy" teacher, but I think that it's really that it's just that he's so good at helping students "make it" in math.

I took Mr. Zhaung for Statistics, he is one of the best math teachers I have ever had! He takes his quiz problems directly from the HW, then takes his Test problems from the Quiz. He gives you the answer to all HW problems and most of the time gives Take Home quizes!!! Very thick accent, but you get used ot it!

I really struggled through this class. the material is not easy and there is alot to cover in a small period of time. I must say that Eagle really loves teaching and he genuinely wants everyone in the class to do well.He will do what ever he can to help you. He is very funny and he uses amusing real life examples in his lectures.

Professor Zhuang is an amazing teacher! He wants all of his students to succeed and is willing to help you out if you need help. He is very funny and definitely has a passion for math. I strongly reccommend this teacher!

Math has always been a struggle for me. Taking various math teachers at Citrus, Mr. Zhuang is the first I felt my success was genuinely cared for. He is helpful and great on encouraging students. The course and tests are NOT easy; however, Mr. Zhuang, and his fantastic teaching style, makes Math 170 an enjoyable class. My favorite math teacher.

I really dig this professor! Man I think he has a universal style of teaching, everybody get's it. A lot of people say it's an easy professor, I have to disagree with that. If you show up to class, and pay attention, take notes and make your homework, it becomes an easy class because you are actually learning!!! I absolutely love him!

This teacher is really awesome. He really wants his students to pass and understand the material. The homework is very fair and he take problems from the homework onto the quizzes there is no trick problems like some other teacher's classes.

Great teacher. Spends the right amount of time on material with no fluff. I actually learned when he taught compared to my previous 150 teacher. its hard material but with a good teacher youre good.Highly recomend taking his class. I plan on taking his Stats class.

Trig is a hard subject specially if you haven't taken it before. Zhuang is hands on helpful. The material is hard so I suggest you pay close attention and do all the hw or else you'll fall behind. Great teacher, funny. The material is hard and his grading system is simple but very difficult to pass by you need all the points you can get.

BEST MATH TEACHER AT CITRUS!! Very helpful and gives A LOT of take home quizzes. The quizzes are straight from the book... tests are from the quizzes with very little changes on some questions. Always willing to answer questions. He even uses a mic cuz he knows that his broken english is really broken.. i recommend sitting in front. PLUS he's funny

Mr. Zhuang is like the asian grandpa you never had. He is such a sweet guy! Super nice and he really teaches you. All the quizzes were open book which made it easy to pass and the same questions were on the test, and those questions were on the final. Its all about repetition, and he explains things like no other math teacher does. Great teacher!

He is one of the best (and nicest) professor anyone can meet. Not only is his class easy (gives take home quiz OR does it in class with you), he tries his best to explain things to you until you get it. If you have a chance to take him for anything, DO IT! You will totally not regret it.

Before I had this teacher I hated math I never liked it and never understood it, with the help of i learned to like math at some point I convinced myself that Math is fun! now you can imagine how good this teacher is I took him for both Algebra and statistics I already transferred to a university and I am so sad that I will never have him again :(

This class was too easy. He gave us take home quizzes and the questions from the quizzes were on the test-- he just changed the numbers. It was the easiest A I have ever received. I only did the homework and I never studied and I still got over 99% in the class. This will definitely be the easiest A you will ever get.

Math 150 is a challenging class; as with other courses of study, the onus of a successful outcome is entirely up to the student. Zhuang provides a very good lecture/class meeting and provides helpful tools. To say this class is "easy" is misleading: if it seems easy, it's because you are LEARNING. This class is for the "dedicated" student.

Professor Zhuang is the greatest professor I have had at Citrus College. He is very helpful and does everything step by step. He gives many thorough examples and he is very knowledgable and will help any student. I strongly reccomend his class

This is a tough class, don't think you will be able to pass the class by missing a few days. the material is hard but the teacher tries hard to comprehend the material, even if he is a little mean.

For everyone else writing not so good things about Eagle, I loved his class! I took Trig over winter so I understand it was very challenging and the workload does get to be a bit much. BUT that is great practice... if I didn't do the assigned homework i would have not gotten an A in the course. HW questions = QUIZ questions = TEST questions

He is decent guy and actively tries to help his students learn. His test are pretty straightforward ;however, he dose have a habit of marking down anything that is not done exactly the way he dose it. Word of advice, The first exam is the hardest in the class so study, Even if you disagree with his notion just do it and save yourself points. GL

If you have trouble with math like me, then this is the teacher for you. I suck at tests but did all my homework and passed with a high B. Open note quiz, take home quiz. I scored near perfect on all of them. Plus he is super nice. He has a high rating for a reason.

Professor Zhuang is awesome. I took him in the Winter 2016 semester and I think I'm the only person that loves trig now. He is very helpful, if you have questions ask as his accent can be difficult to understand. He gives moderate amounts of homework, but he goes over homework problems in lecture. 12 quizzes (some take home) 2 test and a final.

This is my 2nd time taking this course due to math not being my best subject & my professor not being helpful, at all. Professor Zhuang was an AMAZING professor. He tells you on the first day what you will be doing & he is extremely generous when it comes to points & offers extra time to all students who need more help. 10/10 would recommend.

Taking his class was the best class I have taken at Citrus, you could tell he genuinely cares for his students and for us to learn the lessons. He helps you a lot and he is really funny and just over all a great prof. Most quizzes are take home and he has a lot of after class help.

I have always struggled in math but he explains the material very well and gives several example problems to help you understand. He makes you feel comfortable enough to ask questions and has no problem explaining it again. He gives partial points in tests which helps out your grade a lot. He also gives extra credit opportunities which also helps.

He was a great professor! Took him for sats over the summer and he was very caring and great at explaining everything. He wants his students to pass and is more than willing to help you understand all the material. HW is due on the day of exams keep up with it as you go its a lot. Exams are based on HW and Quizzes (12 total), 3 exams! Not hard!

I have enjoyed taking Prof Zhuang for both Trig and Pre-Cal. His classes are structured for every student to get an A, its all a matter of effort. He keeps a lighthearted atmosphere in the class by inserting little quips and jokes into his lecture, and will take the time to spend extra time helping you understand if you ask questions.

Best math professor I've had yet. I had the pleasure of having him for both Trig and Pre-Calculus just because I was so certain that I wanted to continue learning under him. He presents you in class with the exact material you need to know for the tests, and makes class a fantastic time with his relevant stories and jokes. He values good workers.

This professor was good! he always gives you a "special " quiz. He always makes sure the WHOLE class knows what's going on before moving on. HE is a really good professor with motivation and help. I was so intimidated taking the GE stats class considering I always failed math.. , but he made it a walk through the park.
