The course was simple to understand and assignments were clear to understand. There were several times where extra credit was provided. The workload was manageable and lectures were simple and informative. Additionally, there are multiple, smaller exams throughout the year as opposed to one large final exam.

Professor Beal was a great professor for ITE-152. I took this class as a social science major as it is needed for the program, and I had a good time. That being said I have a rather vast understanding of computers, so if you dont, you might need to pay a bit of extra attention to the processes she teaches. Prof. Beal was one of my favorite professors by far this semester, she's very lenient on grading and with the coursework, she's super generous, and her lectures are easy to understand. Just participate in the projects, read the slideshows and materials, and you'll get a good grade.

Dr. Beal is super willing to extend due dates and accept late work. I would consider myself the opposite of tech-savvy (like I literally do not understand technology at all), and I still managed to get an A+ in this class. She also has a bunch of really easy extra credit opportunities to help offset stress. I highly recommend taking her class.

Professor Beal is one of the BEST IT professors in Nova. I took her Multimedia software class. The assignments are very easy you copy the examples you see in the powerpoint they are also done in class. The lectures are short and easy to understand. The projects are the only homework and there is one project once a month.

Very easy class as long as you keep up with the online lectures and homeworks. In person lectures are very easy as well, usually let out early. Exams are pretty easy and she allows for lots of extra credit. Shes very sweet and kind and understanding with the workload and isnt very strict with due dates.

The material is very easy to understand and get a good grade on it, if you simply follow directions. Attendance is not mandatory, but you do get extra credit if you attend more than 80% of the class. She is very nice and gives a lot of extra credit opportunities.

Extremely caring and understanding

I had to retake this course because my first experience was horrible. I took it in the summer and didn't realize how fast-paced it would be. I had to drop it because the professor gave a lot of assignments and big projects with very little time. I'm so thankful I found Prof. Beal. Out of all the professors, Prof. Beal is the one you NEED! I am not exaggerating when I say it's one of the smoothest, easiest, and fastest feeling class you will take. This professor is a very easy grader and is lenient with late work. Only problem was It felt like there wasn't a teacher there for the online class with their being little to no announcements, comments, or interaction overall during the full class. Overall if you want an easy A this is a good professor, if you actually want to learn then its not.

Professor Beal is super chill and shes also very lenient she gives us more than enough time to finish our assignments and most of the HTML assignments were pretty easy as she would give us the examples which helped a lot and the mid term was a project and the final was also a project but optional for extra credit.
