haha! this dude has the funniest jokes ever!! Dress like a REAL prof but yet without giving students attitude no matter how many Qs u haf ask him! he is always patient. However, his 3D drawings are needed to improve....in sum ways..=_="..other than dat, IT IS COOL to haf him!

Overall, I like him, but every now and then I wonder... sometimes seems very shallow. Teaching style is effective, and I don't think anyone else could keep an 8am class of first years full consistently.

Can we have him as our structure prof for 2nd year and onward? Y.T ROCKS! wahahaha! XD

YT is as real as it gets ... I've been to his office and seen his buildings. Besides, his lectures are from his practice and buildings.

Took over 20 of us out for Chinese New Year lunch, and he paid for the whole lunch. And wished us all a Happy Chinese New Year. Way cool professor.

Extremely dedicated, hilarious, keeps the class engaged. I went to every one of his 8am classes just to hear his jokes!!! watch out for flying chalk and bring a few quarters to lectures!

YT is one of the only true teachers in Ryerson Arc, he tells it like it is! lol chinglish!

Used to hate his guts because of his teaching style (his experience and knowledge come across as arrogant - as he said he teaches everyone as an adult and forces you to learn hard). I have now graduated 2 years ago and just completed Semester 1 in a masters program. His two courses still ring true in my heart and soul.

great teacher. very practical. always helpful when asked. Also a very entertaining individual, his classes were always fun. However, he does play favouritism towards females, particularly asian females.

It was a different experience mostly good. All I can say is that weirdly enough everything I remember from Architecture School comes from the mouth of this man. He is unconventional but delivers his message with clarity.

He is the best professor in my life!!!!!! so much fun with him, like him soooooo muchhhhh, he is awesome, he is the best!!! He engage me!!!

YT is an amazing professor who has years and years of practical experience to show. Highly recommend to take his course as it will help your career in the long run. Also a very genuine human being who cares about his students.

He is the one who taught me about good concepts in Architecture, and his words still resonate with me. Even though I graduated last year and am pursuing my Master's now, the knowledge he gave remains invaluable, and I continue to apply it.

Professor's lectures were incredibly insightful, providing valuable knowledge I continue to apply even after graduation. Unstuck study and the free textbook were helpful study tools.
