Know your current events (especially Business & Economics) and prepare to discuss in class. He WILL call on you, he doesn't miss anyone. Those that sit in the back and hide in corners are the ones he picks on the most. Just participate and do your current events article & your final paper (20 pg - not as hard as you think) and you should get an A

Professor is extremely distracted and gets off topic during his lectures constantly. He will randomly call on students to see if they are paying attention. If he catches you on your phone or just not paying attention he will stop everything to make a mockery of you in front of the entire class. Be careful...

He preaches way too much and he has a tendency to pick on the uninterested kids to answer questions a lot. However, if you want an easy A all his exams are take home and a 90 average by the final gets you exempt. Otherwise, he's not the best teacher to have if you REALY want to learn economics.

Hes has a accent but you understand him pretty well. He wants you to know current events at the beginning of class and would call out on some students. His lectures are PowerPoint from chapters but it sometimes hard to understand his teaching method. At least his exams were take home and some exams had you answer questions in class but he curves.

His lectures are very good, but can get quite boring. He'll randomly call on students, but if you're paying attention it isn't too bad. Most of the tests are take home and those are your only grades.

Never answered a single email I sent throughout the semester. Consistently gave us the wrong due dates for assignments. When people would point out his contradictions, he would chew them out. Told us to get the physical copy of the text, then after ordering it, told us we actually needed the online version with specific access. No help. Avoid!!!!!

This is one of those professors that expects you to know what you're doing 100% of the time with zero clarification and zero guidance as to what they expect, then punish you for anything they don' t like. They expect proper grammar but can't spell a sentence without an error. Stay far away.

This is the rudest, most unthoughtful professor I've ever had. He has raised his voice at me and cut me off numerous times when asking for help that I've nearly cried twice. If you care about economics or your grades, strongly advise against him as he has no passion for teaching and cannot have a conversation with a student with disrespecting them.

Incompetent professor that is blatantly rude. If I could give him a zero, I would. Could not give an accurate due date to save his life. Is not interested in you or your success. Stay as far away as you can from this professor.

Don't take this professor for any of your classes, just don't. He brags about how he makes 6-figures and currently believes he has reached god status because he drinks unlimited coffee from Panera. He once asked my boy a question to which he got it wrong, then asked me. I gave the same answer as my boy and I got it correct. I lost ultimate full.

Online class, had to teach myself everything. No lectures, had to read the book and PowerPoints on my own. Doesn't really reply to emails! Grade is dependent on just 3 MC exams and a 20-page term paper (NO EXTENSIONS) Everything must be just so (and it better be the way he likes it!) Be prepared to do A LOT of work for this class...

Honestly this is my first time writing one of these. He doesn't reply to emails, changes due dates without any warning or justification, and if you don't agree with him, you're wrong. If you find him in the wrong because he hasn't graded work, he's "burdened with the workload of other classes." Like we aren't students that take courses in college.

most of us bought a physical textbook (which we never used he doesnt do hw or readings) he proceeds to lecture nonsense n taught as if we leisurely read the textbook n got upset for us not reading it. he then sprung on us that we need an access code to take exams so i had to spend another $140 on the digital book when i already bought the physical.

Do not take any classes with this professor! He will make you show up to class and wait for him to not show up to class with no warning the class will be canceled. He does not care enough to learn names, he does not teach but expects us to teach ourself. We are graded on 3 50+ question tests which he does not go over. He also does not answer emails

He goes off topic the entire class, makes confusing analogies and don't dare asking a question cuz he will humiliate you in front of the class.. don't doze off or say "idk" as an answer too

Syllabus is scary but he's the NICEST guy. Gets off topic a lot, but funny. No homework, 3 exams are open book and open for 3-4 days so there's no reason not to get an A. He's not mean; he calls on ppl not paying attention b/c he wants participation but is OK with wrong answers. Answer some questions he leaves you alone. Genuinely good professor.

This professor has a majority of bad reviews that go back to 2004, and they are ALL right about him. Sadly at the time, he was the only professor available teaching a W course, and I needed it to graduate. If you have social anxiety, definitely avoid him. He will randomly call on you to answer a question whether if you raise your hand or not.

This class is disappointing. Your grade is based solely on three tests, one paper, and a short quiz. Lectures last 2.5 hours, filled with political rants and frequent interruptions to call on students. Communication is poor—emails and calls often go unanswered. Overall, avoid this class if you can.

When I had this professor, he would constantly insult the class for not being able to answer questions, and personally give you attitude!! The professionalism is NOT there, and not only that, the grading is based on 4 exams ONLY and the slides barely translate onto the exam. He gives you a hard time with CASAS accommodations too, so don't try.

Went on political tangents often, calls on people randomly and gets mad when u don't know the answer. I never tried tbh never opened the book, got by googling. 3 exams all online at home no other hw. I can understand his annoyance by people coming in an hour into our 2 1/2 hour class and ignoring him but he was def hard. Easy to pass though.
