She made physics VERY easy. Many people in class got an A+ or A. As long as you make a halfass attempt at understanding the material you can do well. She is very helpful, but class is also very boring. She also has a tough accent to understand. I thought most material was beat into the ground, so even if you're not good with physics, it's an easy A.

Terrible class. I don't think she realizes how much HW she's giving us, 1 assignment per MWF (1 hour each) + weekly assignment (2-3 hours) + labs. 1 hour to do a test which is essentially a weekly homework assignment with half the questions. In lecture, she's terrible, starts speaking clearly and starts to mumble as she goes through the question.

taking this class was the worst decision ive ever made. I spend every waking second trying not to fall behind. I don't have free time anymore. 3 "short" homeworks, a quiz and 1-2 LONG homeworks per week. also makes them due test days. If you can take any other class or teacher im begging you do it. Ive never struggled more in a class in my life.

Ungodly amount of homework that takes forever to do and then it's hardly worth any points. Also she has it to where Canvas doesn't show your grade so you will have to calculate it yourself or wait until the end of the semester. Exams are rough, but at least the labs are relatively easy. She does offer some extra credit.

Grade is locked all semester and homework take HOURS then are not worth much. Take the online lecture section to save yourself. only upside is a few extra credit offered.

Though the class was a lot of work, Dr. Zhang was easy to contact and get help from. Practice exams generally reflected the exact format of each exam. Physics covers difficult content, but knowing what variables stand for on the formula sheet is 80% of what you need to know as exams are written mathematical questions.

500 of the 1000 points are pretty easy to get as long as you complete the homework. You get several attempts at each problem before you get it wrong. If you do the homework and the practice tests they are the same format and you will be set for the test. The final is worth 200 points and was the most challenging part of the class.
