He is a very good teacher. He really wants you to learn. He's very funny. His tests are hard. But if you study, take notes, and read your textbook you'll pass.

Wonderful Professor. He is not an easy, walk through and get an 'A' teacher. But hey this is college. But he will give you every opportunity to succeed. And even if you dont do so good on a test, or you just have something ligitimate happen in life, he gives make-up opportunity on every test.

Walking in, I was sparked by the professor, for he reminded me of me. He always allows a second chance, regardless of the previous mess-ups. He will always keep you awake, and his courses are fairly rigorous. Being one of the few Asian professors walking around, I highly admire him and hope to see him in future classes. He makes you succeed.

I'm a nursing major & this class was really important. I'm glad he made us work for the "A" that I got. If you're having trouble he's great. Great Professor! Cares about the students. Test are mult choice and straight forward. No Homework. Teaches more info than you need to know. You'll have to study if you want an A, but still worth it.

I took him for summer intercession. He is a great professor. He is really helpful and knows so much. He has a lot of life experiences and shares them with the class. It doesn't take much to get him off subject. It does help you to remember things though. You need to actually read and go to class, so if you dont want to do that he is not for you!

Without a doubt THE BEST prof I've ever had. He is tough but fair and always willing to go the extra mile to help with anything you need, even if it isn't class related. I have taken every class he has taught. He makes learning truly enjoyable.

Professor Kim is the best professor at OCCC. I made a good professor-student relationship with him and he helped me to achieve my Associates Degree. He has also helped me make the move to UCO and will still answer the phone when I call him with questions. This guy is top notch and I have a lot of respect for him.

Professor Kim is my advisor, and favorite Professor. I have taken Intro and Lifespan with him. He will help you succeed in his classes. You will pass with no problem. If you are interested in psych like I am you will ace it! He is truly one of the best!

Good class. Set up so you have to be active m-th, he has weekly discussion; weekends are your time to study and prepare, which I liked. You have to read before taking your online test. They're timed and impossible without reading first. Don't take this class if you don't read. He responds to question quickly and leads every discussion.

Amazing!down to earth. you can take the test in the psych lab and get the answers to study before test day for extra credit. very real and very funny. he is very open minded and easy to talk to about class work or personal things that pertain to the lesson respons to emails within minutes. i loved the class, and he has been my favorite! take this!!

Professor Kim is awesome. He makes the course material crystal clear, and basically tells you exactly what to read. If you follow the learning objectives, you will get an A. There are makeup exams for ever unit exam. HE makes it very difficult to do poorly in his class. He is very outgoing, and he makes his lectures fun and interesting.

Most entertaining professor I have ever had in my years of schools. Professor Kims lectures made class enjoyable and had the whole class laughing. He gives out extra credit. And lets you retake tests. I would highly recommend him.

8 week online course. If you stay on top of due dates then you can't fail this class. Gives 2 attempts on quizzes and tests and takes the highest grade. Optional extra credit assignments with each unit. He seems very approachable and sends weekly emails updating the class with FYI's and encouragment. This is the class to take!

took the class online, if you read the book you will do well. homework are completion grades, quizzes have retakes, tests have a retake. stay on top of everything and you can make an A for sure, he makes sure to reward organized students.

As long as you have Connect and the E-Book, you will be fine. Follow the notes, do the homework on time, and do the quizzes, you will pass. He is hilarious and my favorite teacher. You will not regret having him. He will work with you as long as you put in the effort and show up to class.

I loved this professor! His class was very easy and only took me a couple of hours every week to get through the material. He's very kind and understanding about situations (ex Ice storm this winter) and extended time for us students to finish our work. I am going to take him for Developmental Psych in the future. I would recommend him to anyone!

Professor Kim is one the funniest professors I have taken. The lectures can get long and kind of repetitive, but still helpful. There is homework every week but it is very easy. If profanity makes you uncomfortable don't take this class.

Professor Kim is AMAZING! He does really well connecting each topic to the students. He will take the time and slows down to go over something again if it's not completely understood. He really connects to the class through humor and he understands that if we aren't engaged we aren't coming, so he makes his class interesting 10/10!

Professor Kim was hilarious and actually cares a lot about you. I believe the structure of textbook and LearnSmart reinforced the topics incredibly well. Intersession class goes so quick; you just have to study hard, do all the homework, quizzes and attend all the class. He is one of those professor who dedicates their life for students. If you take psychology and don't take his class you will miss big time. I am about to graduate and he is one of the two professor whom I will remember all my life.

Taken during the summer. There is a lot of reading, but the online program makes it easy to understand the info by giving you questions based on the material throughout the reading. Very easy A. This was THE best professor I have ever had! He is so funny and he teaches very clearly to where you can understand the material better. If he taught it, I got it and aced it on the test. He is the BEST professor ever. i took intro to psych and i didn't like my teacher which made me hate psych. After taking Developmental psych with prof Kim, i actually don't hate psychology any more. the lectures were fun. He used everyday experiences to convey the message, making it very comprehensible. I LOVE HIM SO MUCH. The funniest professor I have ever had and he relates the topic to stories or examples that are applicable to real life situations, which allows me to learn the content much easier. May be strict, especially if he checks his emails before class, but regardless, I learned the most in this class.

This class was fun to take. Turn phone on silent, dont be late to class or leave early, take notes and pay attention, and you should get an A. Weekly online homework and quizzes add up to quite a big part of your grade. Tests are multiple choice and he gives you the chance to re-take each one of them in testing center. Great teacher, take him!!!

Had Prof. Kim for Dev Psy and Social Psy. His lectures are entertaining (and a bit crass), and he's very passionate not only about the topic but that his students learn and absorb the material. He's also an academic advisor for psych students, so I recommend seeing him. He truly cares about students and wants them to succeed. Absolutely great guy!!

Prof. Kim is the best professor I have ever had! Took his developmental psy class for 2 weeks and got an A. As long as you go to class on time, follow the deadlines and take notes during his lecture, you will succeed in this class. Although we had to cram everything in 2 weeks, he made the concepts memorable with interesting stories.

Kim was one of my first professors in my college endeavor, and he was amazing. The course itself is self explanatory, read the book and you will do well. I had missed a deadline and per policy, was unable to make it up but he was more than understanding and allowed me to do something else, and fully credited the exam that I missed.

I took Social Psych online it it was seriously one of the easiest classes I've ever taken. You have to buy Connect access which is a bummer but all the assignments and tests are through Connect so you get immediate grades. No paper and no project which is awesome. If you get the opportunity, take this class online it's seriously so so easy.

Professor Kim was great! This class was by far one of my favorites, and I plan on taking more psych courses with him. I would advise anyone taking this course to pay attention during lectures, and avoid texting because he will call you out if youre not paying attention. If you show up to lectures and do your homework, you will pass.

Dr. Kim is an outstanding professor. Class was super straight forward. If you complete the assignments it's usually an A. There was also 2 bonus opportunities. There is a lot of homework but if you read the directions, they are super simple. Overall, great professor would recommend to anyone who is taking psychology 1113.

I took Developmental psychology. A proxied exam every single week. It was incredibly stressful due to the work load in an 8 week course. You MUST read the textbook or won't pass the class. If you are willing to essentially teach yourself then you will be fine but be prepared to a lot of time spent. Overall he was kind and reasonable.

Can't say a lot about prof. Kim since this was an online class. He seems to be a good professor, responds to e-mails, regularly sends reminders, gives extra credit, respectful. Overall, Intro Psychology is an easy and interesting class. All the exams and quizzes are proctored, but as long as you read the book and complete homework, its an easy A.

This class was so enthralling! I often see people complain about the personal stories but they helped me relate to the subject more. This professor genuinely cares about his students and is great at answering any and all questions. My biggest tip for this class is to read the textbook and be interested in it it really helps!

Class was amazing. He gives real world examples, and is always responding within a timely manner. He cares about your learning and is very reasonable. He gives you advice on how you can plan ahead in his class as well. He is an overall great professor, and I would 100/10 recommend his class. Only way you can fail is if you literally don't try.

He is a great professor! His discussions were so much fun and he used real life situations to help learn the material. Homework and tests were online with one presentation and one paper.
