I read the entire chapters and do the study guides down to the smallest detail but I have not passed one quiz. They have obvious tricks and are all multiple choice which I do poorly with. Her tests are half multiple choice and half essays diagrams. I do better tests and have received a lot of extra credit by going to class.

Attend class (she gives bonus points) and pay attention and you should do fine. She presents many concepts with graphs and she uses straightforward, logical examples. Quizzes can have tricky questions but are there to make sure you understand the concept. Tests are often curved. 87 or higher for an A. Great professor and interesting material!

Gives study guides but doesn't provide answers and if you ask her for help with them she isn't very clear. Study guides don't match material that will be covered on tests.
