Doesn't teach material well so most work must be done on your own.
easy class, she isnt that great of a teacher but a nice lady. no reason not to get an A in here
Read the book, you'll learn more from it than you will from her.
Doesn't explain material. Lecture/discussion are completely unrelated. unannounced lecture quizzes
If there werne't unannounced quizzes I would never go to class.
Didnt care at all if you learned the material, she gets paid anyways
People judge her harshly because the class is crap. She didn't help, though; she always had a passive aggressive tone of voice. Class was pretty fair, in my opinion.
easy class, TONS OF BUSY WORK. Midterm was easy. Quizzes are ridiculous & hard but everyone does bad. Galusha is stuck in the 70's or something and her tone is not one of authority. Very boring & pop quizzes are the only reason anyone attends the class. She does not attempt to make it interesting.
Very easy class...busy work in lab with Microsoft Office Suite. Lectures are powerpoint slides, only reason to attend is for pop quizes. Tests are fairly easy if you study lecture slides. No reason anyone should get below a B in this class with a little effort.
Lots of work! Should be a 4 credit class. The nice things is that none of the work is hard, just time consuming. Attend the lectures for pop quizes. The midterm and final are curved.
If your a business student you can not avoid this class, but if you are able to, try and avoid this teacher.
in general...shes not a nice person
The lecture tests are similar to the one's Microsoft certified programmers get before they are given their certificates...$%^&ing IMPOSSIBLE
She looks tons better since she cut her hair. Sh tries to be friendly. Follows the book pretty closely.
Lectures suck...She talks really fast and you're supposed to take notes on it? Unless you understand ALL computer jargon, you're going to be sitting there with with a nervous twitch, or you'll be asleep.
She mainly just reads off the slides, but she speaks clearly which is half the battle. Class itself is bull and a bunch of busywork, but every once in awhile you'll learn something new and useful.
Every lecture, she trys to go over a ton of slides in 50 minutes. She really tries to be nice though. Quizzes are terrible, everyone does bad. Horrible class, but maybe that isn't all her fault. Did learn a couple of useful things. Just be prepared for lots and lots of time consuming busywork . Wouldn't go to class if it wasn't for pop quizzes.
Quizzes are impossible, but only a small part of grade. Print out powerpoint lectures & take to class with you to write notes on. She posts them all at the beginning of the semester. Tutorials take way too long to finish during labs, so DO NOT get behind with them or you will never finish! Get a good lab partner for the projects!
I agree that the quizes are pretty tough, but I dissagree with everything else everyone is saying. I think she is nice and the exams are fair. Just do the practice tests online and you'll be fine. One more thing, I guess she does go pretty fast in lecture, but she is always willing to help you outside of class.
All I have to say is that one time she was absent and she video taped herself giving a lecture to the class and had a TA play it for the class. She wore shoulder pads so that would be stuck in the 80's not the 70's.
Boring...not to mention hideous to look at during lecture. Worthless class, but required.
VERY poorly organized. Little reward for amount of time put in. Most pretentious set of objectives I've ever had to endure at Iowa. Don't worry the homework is manageable because your walked through it. Too bad you don't get anything out of it.
Had her for computer analysis. Absolutely terrible, wasn't organized, didn't teach anything USEFUL (AND SHE HAD AMPLE OPPORTUNITY TO DO SO). No wonder there's so few MIS majors, she's the one promoting it. Great reason against tenure.
Can't get much worse than this. All she did in lecture was read off of about 50 slides in 50 minutes. Lectures are a waste of time, only go for the pop quizzes which are impossible anyways. Lab section of class is simply busy work and not helpful at all. Should be 2 different classes, or at least worth 6 semester hours for all the busy work.
this is probably one of the worst classes you have to take for pre-business and probably one of the worst classes I have had to take in college. I had never been so bored in my life and the lab is COMPLETELY different than class. lecture is impossible but class as a whole isn't.
HAVE to go to lecture for pop quizzes. Just print her powerpoints, don't buy the book.Hundreds of computer terms and acronyms that are ridiculously impossible to memorize.Make sure to have a high grade in lab (which is easy, but you don't get enough credit for the work you put in AT ALL)
Terrible class. Very unorganized ,terrible pop quizzes. The questions are unrelated to her lectures which actually are not that bad. The projects are long, not explained well at all. Don't get the book. Might not want to bother with the tutorials. Definitely not enough points for the work.
Possibly the most unprofessional teacher here at the university and by far the worst class any pre business student will ever have to take in their life. If you are reading this an you take the class you are out of your mind. TAKE IT AT KIRKWOOD so you don?t have to deal with this horrible Prof!
I felt like I was taking a 8 credit hour course. There was so much work involved. And the test is just memorizing unless terms. Take the class when you have a light schedule
I took computer analysis with her and there is so much information! The mid-term was very hard!!! She gives a total of 6 pop quizzes through out the semester so you have to go to lecture even tho all of the info is in the book! Easy to understand but gets a little boring.
worst class ever taken. partner dropped out so i was forced to do the projects by myself with no extra compensation for doing the work of two people. lectures are 50 of torture. have to memorize hundreds of useless acronyms and random computer facts. If there is ever a time do say "when will I ever use this?" this is definitely the time and place
This Class is easy memorize all the red words on the slides!!! That is all you really need to know for the tests. The lab section is time consuming
Quizzes are impossible. Boring lectures. Totally unrelated to the labs. Test is not related to the slides at all. Worst class I have ever taken at Iowa.
This class is A LOT of busy work, and you do not get enough points for the work you put in. Lecture is boring and quizes are tough, but she gives a lot of chances for extra credit. Exams are a lot of memorizing! Labs are interesting and useful for business in the future.
Terrible Professor. All she does is read from pre-made power points, I honestly believe she has no idea what She's talking about. Way too much lab work for only being 1% of your grade. Lectures are the worse than being water-boarded. Lecture textbook is useless, and the Lab books are extremely expensive.
This professor really likes what she does, but the lectures are pointless and long. The class should be worth 6 credit hours for all the work you do, the lab and lecture have nothing to do with each other either, get the extra credit whenever available and you should be fine.
I enjoy every class Yvonne teaches. She is extrememly knowledgeable in every subject she teaches and is always willing to help students. She is one of the few professors I have had that deeply wants her students to succeed and understand the material. Homework is super easy. Exams are sometimes poorly worded but she is very flexible with grading.
Terrible professor. Lecture has nothing to do with lab. Quizzes completely unrelated to what was discussed in lecture. Midterm and Final are the same way. Don't even bother trying to take notes because she goes way to fast. Homework consists of a ridiculous amount of busy work.
Professor Galusha is very knowledgeable in everything she teaches, and does pretty well at making complicated computer terms simple enough for us to grasp. Pop quizzes during lecture are hard so be sure to review your notes before class. The lab section should be an easy A for anyone who shows up and just does the work.
When i finish all the homeworks ,the only thing i want to do is to burn it. but i start to realize that i have project and exam to do in future then i calm down. The most freaking thing here is that there are no relationships bewteen lecture and discussion. we need to remember alomost 120 words to prepare for only the final
Her tests are pretty challenging and she goes through material very fast on her slides during lecture. Study whatever she gives you. Lab work/tutorials aren't weighted near enough for the time/work they take you. I would not recommend this course if you absolutely have to take it for your major/minor.
Very easy lab section, show up and you'll get an A. Her lectures are a lot different from lab and are pretty challenging. Very easy to get extra credit and if you know how to turn on and use a computer, you can get an A.
This was by far the worst class I've taken at the U of I. My advisor says this is the last semester they'll have Computer Analysis(6K070). 2 days/wk in computer lab where you do microsoft office tutorials, 1 day/wk in lecture, where Yvonne throws 1billion acronyms at you per week. They should rename this class to "Microsoft Office and Acronyms 101"
She's alright. I had her for computer analysis, which they aren't offering anymore. But if she teaches any future classes shes an average professor. Kind of boring lectures and its hard to get anyone interested in computer hardware/software.
Worst class ever. She does care about students. She is so careless. Not interesting at all. Do not ever take her class
Does no explain what she is talking about. It was like she was speaking a different language the entire semester since she would throw out so many acronyms and computer jargon that didnt make sense.
She is nice, if you come up with any problems or concerns, just email her. The course is easy, but the on-line module is a little bit expensive.
Absolutely terrible. The projects are super easy until the last one which is unexpectedly impossible. She has no idea what she's talking about, she mispronounces really common words. There are typos all over her powerpoint slides. Probably washed out of the industry and is teaching to put food on the table.
She is just not a good lecturer. Her powerpoint slides are done poorly and she does not make her lectures interesting at all. The projects are not too bad. What really makes the class bad are the brutal lectures and the random information that the tests cover.
My favorite part of this class was dragging her in the course evaluation. Lectures are extremely boring and dry and she kinda doesn't know what she's talking about. The group project is a lot of work. She posts lectures online but attendance is taken at every lecture and discussion.
Worst teacher I have ever had
She is a poor lecturer, however, what she lacks in public speaking, she makes up for in class organization. From day 1 you know exactly what is expected of you for the rest of the semester... should you read the syllabus. Assignments are time consuming but rather simple... Tests arent bad either
This professor is genius! Her existence made me feel desperate in Business Information System. Never take her class again. Oh, Jeez!
This is worst lecture ever, she is so bad and her slides are just as bad, I feel for bad for anyone that has to take her, try to take a class that she does not teach. She gives terrible tests and the lectures are clicker questions. Dont take a class with her.
I don't understand the harsh reviews. No, the classes she teaches are not easy. It isn't her fault the subjects she teaches are difficult to understand for those with zero computer/programming knowledge. If you have zero knowledge prior, you will have to work your butt off for a B. However, you will be on your way to mastering a new 'hard' skill.
AWFUL! This is the worst class that I have ever taken at the University of Iowa, and I regret taking it with her every minute that I am enrolled in the class. She explains things way more complicated than they actually are, and her class is 5x harder than the professor who used to teach in the Fall. Take it with anybody else that you possibly can!
She don't know what the subject is, but always talk about irrelevant things that make her class looks professional.
Worst professor I've ever had at the University of Iowa. I went to her office hours and she told me to Google the answer. She does not do a REAL study guide for exams, she just combines all of her lecture slides. Doesn't know how to teach and makes things way more complicate than needed. Save yourself a headache and take the class online.
Honestly, she is one of the worst professors I have ever had. Her lectures are hard to follow because she goes back & forth between different topics. The course is graded on 5 projects & 2 exams, so you need to do well on exams. Before the exams, she gives a 270+ slide powerpoint, calling it a "study guide" that has tons of mistakes& isn't helpful.
The Info System class she teaches is practically 2 separate classes combined into one. Discussion and the 5 group assignments are about using Excel and Access to build databases, but lecture and the exams are mostly about the history of the internet, how computers work, and random tech stuff she finds interesting. Not a great class.
Worst class ever, tests and lecture are super random. Group projects are difficult but if you go to TA office hours, they pretty much spoon feed you the answers. Lecture is a waste of time, just look over the "study guide" she gives you and you'll be fine. Make sure you have a good decent partner or you're in for a bad time, if so, work alone. GL
Don't take a class with her, AT ALL. If you have a chance take a class online or in an off semester with Prof. Pant
Does anyone know whats going on? Because I sure as hell dont.
Haven't learned a single thing and have been present in the lecture for at least a total of 20 hours. She also teaches a class involving technology but doesn't know how to work her computer.
Her lectures portray zero of what is assigned for readings. Her readings give zero help with homework on Access and Excel. This is the most disorganized course I have ever taken. I'm not really sure what I am actually supposed to be learning?
Her teaching style is not what I would call helpful. Find it hard to understand the lecture material. The actual work from the assignments isn't in alignment at all. I would not recommend taking her course.
A month later, and I still don't know what is going on. I sit here attempting to study for the midterm, however her "review guide" is a collection of all 250+ lecture slides. Why is she teaching? It is clear that this is not her passion. When the attendance doesn't work half the class gets up and leaves. lol. This class is a JOKE. Keep this in mind
She's the worst professor in Tippie. Run while you still can.
Seriously, her lecture is really unorganized. It is really confusing when you are having a lecture have nothing to do with your actual assignment. Basically, you will need to attend every single lab to make sure you learn new contents that will be helpful for assignments. Jesus, please make this course consistent in the future UIOWA!
She was so difficult to work with. Any emails you write- give about 72 hours for a response. DO NOT recommend.
This is the WORST professor I have ever experienced. She is an extremely rude person VIA email and refuses to talk to you. She does not respond to emails quickly. I do not recommend to anyone. She wants you to fail.
I am a graduate student and know Python, R, and a decent amount of Java. VBA is easy with that foundation, but I have never been exposed to such an incompetent professor. People from different backgrounds seem to be struggling and rightfully so. She does not understand how to change with the times and her archaic teaching style shows that. Avoid.
It isn't every day that you take a class where every student in the class seems to know more than the professor.
This professor regarding online classes is so bad, the most useless class I have personally ever taken, emailed her once with a question and she was rude and not helpful.
If you want to actually learn application development or coding, you will actually enjoy her course, regardless if the concepts are difficult. I could tell there was much thoughtful effort put into the structure of this course as far as focusing on key concepts and modern solutions to create a pretty decent website at the end. Got my money's worth!
Was not helpful whatsoever. She locked our overall grades until the end of the semester, so if a student wanted to see if they needed to improve their grade, they have to do the calculations themselves. Also unhelpful with software bugs. I had the software crash halfway through a test, and when I emailed her about this, she told me to study more.
One of the worst professors I've ever had. Not even knowledgeable on the subject. Avoid
She doesnt understand my question at all, she was basically against students. She also has no idea of what she is teaching.
There's debate about whether MJ, kobe, or lebron are the GOAT, but one thing that's for sure is that Galusha is the WOAT. Doesn't teach you the necessary materials for the assignments and moves way too fast in lectures. Not a single person knew what was going on half of the time. Avoid at all costs.
You will hate her. The class is very challenging and she definitely doesn't help at all. I have found lectures to be completely useless. I had her for a completely online BCE class (she didn't even teach) and I didn't think she was even qualified to do that. If you aren't sure about BAIS being the right major for you she won't help that feeling.
very boring class but it was asynchronous so its not her fault. however she was very on top of letting us know the expectations for the class
It is clear Yvonne possesses a minimal understanding of the concepts in this course. Her lectures consisted of outdated and text-heavy PowerPoint slides. Class assignments were often misaligned with the material learned in class. She puts very little effort into her class but expects students to stay engaged and submit their best work. Avoid!
No instruction by her. She would post a short video and then the lecture periods were to code things that we have never seen before. Following staring blankly at your screen for both lecture days because you did not know what to do, the TA would give a lecture about the topic, which wouldn't help because Yvonne had already moved on.
Already two months into the course and I still don't know what I'm doing. I sit in the computer lab and do the assignments and projects for hours.
Ended up having to drop the course due to the lack of resources to assist in better learning the material along with the fact that she would not give me an extension on an assignment even though I had a medical emergency. If you ask for an extension under any circumstances she becomes accusatory and disrespectful. Not an encouraging professor.
I had to miss 2 classes for an interview and because I was sick. She was understanding and let me make work up. Those were the only good things Yvonne did the whole semester. The lectures rarely correlated with in class assignments. If you've never seen code then this class is tough. I thought she was a nice person but a terrible professor.
All of the reviews below are exactly how I felt and I'm kicking myself for not checking this sooner. This graduate course was equally chaotic, too wordy, too much stuff, no connection to lecture content. Assignments were confusing. I don't recommend taking a course with her. Agile is a very interesting subject. Such a miss for the UofI.
BCE was extremely easy, just stay on top of things. Watched one of her lectures and it was arguably terrible to understand/learn. If the course wasn't self-paced and self-taught I would be getting a very bad grade.
Honestly not a bad class at all. If you know how to read and follow directions and have an average understanding of how to use the Microsoft applications you will be fine. Very boring class but an easy A for sure. Microsoft Access was not as easy as the other units but still not bad if you use common sense and follow directions accordingly.
Even the TA has issues with her, he never knows what we've covered in lecture. He even pointed me to a Python learning program bc she's so bad. MBA students have said our assignments are hard, and this is supposed to be introductory level. She'll make you want to drop BAIS as a major (but don't, I promise it gets better). Just get through it.
Huge disconnect between her, the TA and the homework. You can't teach python in a lecture setting and she teaches it in a very confusing way. Homework is very hard in comparison to examples. Also rude during office hours. TA is awesome he just gets confused on why she teaches python the way she does.
BCE was an easy A. She sends weekly emails on the content due that week. Responds quickly as well. You don't interact with her unless you have an issue with the software you're using. The course covers MS Word, Excel, Access, and Powerpoint. All easy except Access but you receive an extra credit opportunity for it. Time management is key for an A.
The absolute worst teacher I've ever had. She had 0 clue of what she was teaching and her lectures consisted of reading through slides she stole randomly from the internet.
The site used to turn things in went down right before the deadline. Showed her a screenshot of being unable to upload my project. Gave me a 0 anyway and told me to suck it up.
Emailed her once, but she was rude and no help. Class can be completed on your own if you have an understanding of the programs in which you are tested on. However, if you're like me and aren't familiar with these programs, you wont be learning from this professor and will find that the exams are given with an unfair time limit.
Very easy class but get it done ahead of time (I did the entire class in the first week) because you get 0 late credit and the professor does not help you she will just say figure it out.
Class content isn't too bad but if you have poor time management skills you will have a very hard time. Prof is also very unapproachable and will not help you if you have a computer problem. She tells you to suck it up even if your computer isn't working and will give you a zero even if there is a glitch in turning a project in.
Honestly this class was very easy - as long as you have good time management skills you will be just fine. The prof is basically nonexistent for this course (you just teach yourself), but if you need a due-date extension I've heard she is very strict against them. Stay on top of things, work ahead, and you'll be all good.
With the nature of an Asynchronous-Online class, it is completely up to the student to complete the work. This being said, Yvonne takes this to the next level. Nothing you could ever say or do can get you an extension on any work. About 4 hours a week of easy and extremely mind numbing busy work, non of which you retain.
Very unhelpful professor, especially when facing technical difficulties with my online submissions. Tests are 50 questions for 50 minutes which is highly unreasonable for more difficult units like Excel and Access. Absolutely would not recommend, this is a completely self taught class where a computer program teaches you. She just sends emails.
Class is fully online and up to you when you want to do the work. For the most part the class is easy to figure out and I never had any difficulties. I was able to work ahead and get done with the class halfway through the semester. If you pay attention and stay on top of deadlines it is an easy A class.
Lazy professor and impossible tests. She refuses to help with any questions or any technical issues. Tests are 50 questions in 50 minutes through a simulation. It's literally impossible to answer every single question, let alone get them correct.
The the requirements for this class were clear. She offered extra credit, would always send out group emails when a couple people were confused about something for the week. This class is so easy to work ahead on. It is a semester long class that i was able to finish before thanksgiving. She often extended due dates especially around Thanksgiving.
Not good.
absolutely abysmal.
The lack of teaching/resources/help definitely makes this class harder than it should be. Not to mention, exams are entirely unfair. 1 minute per 1 question on an unreliable and defective simulation program (it bugs out constantly and doesn't let you use keyboard shortcuts). You seriously might fail if you aren't familiar with computers.
All around I had a very disappointing experience. Extremely boring homework, very difficult exams, and little to no help available. In addition to this, the professor expects one TA to respond to hundreds of students emails... seems a little inefficient.
A very straight forward class but contains indolent teaching. You teach everything to yourself in this class. When you need help, you can email a SINGULAR teaching assistant that takes days to respond (not his fault, he is the only TA). Exams are horrible, especially for hard units. Good luck if you don't have a background in computers.
Her dismissive response to my explanation of a minor formatting error on an assignment, along with her heavy reliance on automated systems and unavailability during office hours. I advise future students to approach her courses with caution due to her lack of professionalism, ineffective teaching methods, and poor communication skills. AWFUL
Professor Galusha had clear expectations regarding her course, but her deadlines were set in stone, no matter your circumstances. I had accommodations for extensions through SDS, and I was in the hospital for 20 days, but that was not enough of a reason to allow an extension for the most part.
Only does the bare minimum to help.
This Professor refused to assist me when the grading system made many errors when grading my assignments. She has too much faith in the system, so much so that she blames the students when it does not work.
Honestly the laziest teacher at the university. Doesn't do anything and gets paid. If you want help she'll tell you that you should have started it sooner or say you need to re read my announcements. Hoping that for everyones sake in the future that has to take any of her courses they have hired someone else.
She doesn't respond to emails and if she does she acts like its an inconvenience to. If you dont have a background using computers your screwed. She doesnt care and if your struggling on something you have to figure it out yourself. If you dont do the steps exactly like SimMet does then you dont get the points so you have to do it the long way
She is so bad at communicating and expects us to fully learn the course online. Tests are nearly impossible and doesn't make sense to have only 1 min per question. DON'T recommend.
This professor is useless when asking for help and redirects you to her one TA who will take days to respond. The grading software is sometimes based on a completely different checklist making it so that you are guaranteed to miss points on projects. Extremely hard deadlines with no room for adjustment including things out of your hands.
Worst, most useless, most rude professor in all of Iowa. Seriously. I have never hated someone so much. She is actually the worst. Extremely condescending and rude, does not do ANYTHING other than send emails. Literally. She is a TERRIBLE human being.
She teaches nothing. When emailing for a question she tells you that she does not answer your emails her TA does. The TA will respond in 3 days after the assignment was due with nothing useful. During her timed tests, if you press the wrong button the question is wrong.
Doesn't communicate with students, all the coursework is online and can do it at your own pace.
You will never learn anything from her, so if you aren't willing to teach yourself, this is not your course
Not a fan of her. Her group assignments were strange and sometimes required an over-the-top amount of work. It was manageable being in a group in terms of quantity, but the quality suffered and felt like we were just trying to check a box instead of actually doing something meaningful. Not a tough grader, thankfully.
Completing projects for this class is horrible. I would have gotten horrible if I had not had help from people who had taken the class prior and had studied a lot. The online system is so buggy and is very temperamental. Be prepared to teach yourselves the entire class. Yvonne does absolutly nothing but send a few emails out.
I never had to deal with Dr. Galusha personally, but this course is easy. You learn how to use Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access. The expectations remain the same week by week, so it is not hard to keep up with or surprising. You basically teach yourself, but there are resources you can utilize to solidify concepts. Overall, not hard.
The class has a steep learning curve, with unhelpful TAs and exams that are heavily reliant on a buggy simulation program. However, using study tools like unstuck AI and ChatGPT can help make up for the lack of resources.
She is not understanding nor willing to work with you. Always seemed bothered when needed to answer questions, and the TA doesn't respond to your question within a week at best.
This has been and probably will be, the most dreaded class that I had to take as a part of my general business undergrad. I have taken Microsoft courses before and this is by far the most drawn out and useless textbook I have seen yet. She is not cooperative nor caring for your grades. If I had a pass to skip any business core, I'd pick this one.
If you take this class, be prepared for little preparation from the textbook, and projects that are a joke. No help from Yvonne, and I'm not sure she understands her own class either. The extremely buggy software is the main issue, if you accidentally click white space during an exam, it can cost you points. ancient tech, bad prof, L class
The professor is extremely unhelpful and lacks all understanding of school it seems, wont even push out an extension when a project does not work because of technical errors they could fix, does not help when problems arise, and the software used is very bad
It's hilarious but I received an A+ in this class. I've never met a more useless professor. I joined her office hours on a zoom to a blank screen and sat there speaking for 4 minutes and just left—she never responded. Somehow she has a TA so don't reach out for content questions cause she's clueless. Genuinely can't understand how's she's employed.
The class itself is very easy but the Access portion can get a little tricky. The professor though, isn't good. It seems like emailing her is disrupting her peace because her responses are so backhanded. The online textbook is absolutely awful to use. Extremely buggy and so many errors. Don't worry about the work though, it's easy to do.
the class is SO EASY and i would fully recommend it, my problem tho is the prof she doesn't make anything very clear at all and acts like you are personally disrespecting her if you email her with a question. She has a very bad attitude and even better the TA also is bad at answering questions too. Access portion can get a little tricky but not bad
I read all of the reviews and TBH this class is very easy if you stay on top of the work. Strict deadlines, everything is straight forward. Yvonne sends out weekly texts reminding you what is due and when. If you have a MAC, you cannot use it for the ACCESS projects but you can for the homework.
Website used for the class is extremely buggy will use an old system software for the practice portion and a completely different version for the tests and projects. Teacher is absolutely zero help wouldn't take this course if it was not required.
Professor Galosha's class is not very hard, but access can be difficult. She is not very good at responding to emails and when she does, it's as if you are inconveniencing her for doing her job. The program can be buggy at times that causes you to lose points. Overall, class is not terribly hard, but the professor is of no help.
She has no real world experience and you can tell in the group project. The only thing realistic about the class is that the templates and how-tos are incorrect and you have to figure it out for yourself like your daily job. Be ready to waste time and be frustrated in the process. She's an easy grader though so you should get out with an A
