Zach is a solid professor that many students can connect to, as long as you do your work and listen his class is fine. He doesn't give busy work and is willing to work with students,moreover he is dedicated and patient about his career which makes enjoying his class all the more better.

He's very easy to understand, easy to get along with, and has a great sense of humor--he's also very helpful. I recommend taking his class because you'll truly enjoy having him as an instructor.

Very fair grading. You write an essay, turn the essay in and get points for it even if its not as good. He gives you feed back, you turn it in and you get an even better grade then before. Very easy, has good discussions and anyone is bound to pass the class if they participate

Professor Stewart is by far the best professor I have ever had, EVER! I fully recommend his course to EVERYONE that needs to take ENC1101 I will be taking him for American Literature as well. The papers are easy and he gives plenty of opportunity to correct mistakes without docking your grade. Only discusses what you actually NEED to know!

Prof. Stewart gives very specific schedule of assignments and due dates. Class discussions are always great and he is SO knowledgeable about history. He tries to involve everyone in the discussions and is VERY funny. I wish I had him for ENC1102. Read the required stories because there are pop quizzes. (Easy if you read what your suppose to)

I normally do terrible in English classes but I excelled in his. He's clear on what he requires, gives great feedback, and has hilarious sarcasm. He always has class discussions so as long as you do the readings you'll be fine. He enjoys conversing with students and is one of the best English professors I ever had.

Professor Stewart was a wonderful professor. Although I took him for summer and it was an expedited class, he definitely showed me how important it was to focus on certain aspects of writing during the comp 2 class. It was fun because he lets you choose your topics. I would take him again if the opportunity ever presents itself.

Tougher than your usual professor, but do your work and you will get at least a B. Lectures until the end of class but keeps you engaged (most of the time). Get ready for the final paper it is quite long. I would recommend to those who can keep up to date on things. Good professor, learned a lot.

He is one of the best professor I've ever had. He does talk about politics, but it has to do with the essays we read on the book; He presents facts and data. His lectures are life changing. I don't understand how there still so many students with small or disfigured brains that get upset when a proffersor talks about politics.

He is a pretty laid back professor as far as attendance. He lectures a lot but they are very interesting discussions. He gives a clear syllabus. Homework is light. Three narrative essays so make sure you write them clearly!

This class has a lot of online homework that must be done before you get to class or the assignments will be locked, but the homework is pretty easy. There are only 3 papers you need to do and the last paper counts as the final. Hes really nice and helpful and goes through how each essay should be formatted and shows the dos and donts. I recommend!

I took professor stewart for ENC 1101 & 1102 and really liked him. His lectures do get a bit boring but overall it wasnt a hard class. For his papers you got to pick you own topic almost every time which allowed writing essays to be a bit easier. Overall good guy and he loves participation and when you contribute to the discussion.

I usually go to the Lake Worth campus and he's in PBG, totally worth it. He's super sweet and really awesome. He's straight up and talks about issues today and disses some stuff. Nice debates and really easy essays that are fun. Would love to take him again.

Prof Stewart is very knowledgeable and cares about his students. There are three 5 page papers that make 60% of the grade. Every week there are readings that require responses that can be really boring. But overall, Ive come out of this class a better writer.

Best english Prof. i've taken! The work was simple, mindtap tends to have a lot of problems, but he is very lenient when it comes to making up work or grading assignments. You earn your grade.

Professor Stewart was great! Final grade consists of 2 short essays, 2 long ones, a group project and reading quizzes. It is not a hard class but you have to do all of the readings if you want to keep a good grade. He discusses the readings in class which helps when it comes to writing the papers. Project was very simple. Not a tough grader.

Nice professor always replies to emails. this class has book work, 3 essays & 1 mini 2 page essay. you can choose your own topic for all of them, if not, he will provide you with some. his lectures are engaging, and sometimes will let you leave early! i actually singed up for his ENC1102 class so i will definitely review that class too!

Easy class! You will need all the books he requires! You will have to read lots of interesting stories and then he picks one of the stories for a small quiz, so make sure you read all of the readings he requires. He is an awesome professor.

Its not as heavy on the writing as ENC but you do have plenty of papers to write. The good thing is that he is open to share ideas and class tends to be a discussion to help point you in the right direction and give you ideas. If you do the readings and participate you can easily come up with good subjects to write and finish all the essays.

I took professor Stewart for ENC1102 and AML2020. All I can say is this is the best choice I made when picking a professor, even though we had to read a couple of stories and write some essays. he still manages to make a student satisfied to be in class. Took him for both Enc1101 and 02. 02 has a lot more essays. But he grades fairly, he gives good feedback, and he puts in grades in a timely matter. Would definitely take him again!

Professor Stewart is definitely a character. He does give heavy reading usually every class and will have pop quizzes to make sure you read the stories. He LOVES to talk a lot which makes it hard to doze off in class. He has a funny sense of humor and is not strict at all. It is an average class so if you need the credit definitely take him!

There are readings assigned for pretty much every class, and he gives pop quizzes to make sure you did your HW. You're graded on a total of 5 papers (2 shorter ones and 3 longer ones), the quizzes, ATTENDANCE, and a special project.

Honestly, I was scared to take this class but Professor Stewart made it super smooth! All the homework and what was gone over in class is mainly on Cengage. There is one big argumentative paper but it's due the last month of class with a PowerPoint presentation. He does check for grammar! But you can always go to him for help on any paper!

Stewart is awesome, he makes every class funny and cares about his work and students. I've taken ENC1101, ENC1102, LIT1000 and this class with him. He really cares about you as a person and will work with you if you need assistance. As long as you do the readings, the essays and pop quizzes are super easy. 10/10 recommend.

He'll sometimes have surprise quizzes at the beginning of the class, but they're short and easy, as long as you did the reading. Besides that, all he really assigns are essays.
