He is a very good professor! I enjoy his class. Very funny and extremely helpful. Not boring at all! As long as you do the reading and take notes you should do very well in his class. He tells you important things to remember for tests and such. Highly recommended!

Best history teacher i have ever had. He is definitely not conventional or boring in his style at all and is willing to help students however possible. He even does study sessions before tests. Attendance is not manditory but is the best way to make an A. One of Southern's bests

Zeb is a cool guy, very laid back,he talks alot but its not boring and its something that he is really passionate about, attenedance is not mandatory but it will help u in the long run, ugh there are really no assignments just study, come to the study sessions and take notes and u will do fine

Dr. Baker was my favorite teacher this semester. His lectures are not boring! If you take notes in class you can make an A. He has review sessions for all of his tests and helps you whenever you need it. I would take him for again if i could!

This class is nearly impossible to fail. The lectures due get a bit boring but every now and then he catches that and tells some kinda joke to wake every one up again(normally family guy related). His test are very easy if you go to the review sessions. All in all he's a really good professor

This professor is one of the greatest professors I have had since I have been attending Georgia Southern University. He is extremely helpful and he makes sure that he gets to know each and every student that he has. He gives enough extra credit and is very clear when discussing material. TAKE THIS PROFESSOR, YOU WONT REGRET IT!

Dr. Baker is the bomb! He is one of the easiest teachers I have had at Southern. Days before the test he has study sessions in which you can ask him what is and is not on the test. He is hilarious as well. He will keep the class entertained. I had little interest in history prior to his class now I actually like it! Take him!!!

Dr. Baker is hilarious. No matter how dry or boring the material is, he'll find a way to keep you interested and laughing, and you'll always remember what he was talking about in class. I highly recommend taking his class for World History.

One of GSU's BEST! He has started making attendence mandatory,or your grade declines. He is soooo funny, and will do anything to help you succeed. I wouldn't say his course is a cake walk, but take notes, pay attention, and go to class. You will make an A. You will learn alot from him, and enjoy the class. It doesn't hurt that he is cute too!

Dr. Baker is seriously the BEST professor I've had. He goes out of his way to make sure concepts are understood in his class. His class is about a mid level difficulty. He's always cracking jokes to keep the class interested, and he is all about his students. He will give an arm and a leg to help a student in need. Dr. Baker is definitely a must.

This guy is awesome. I like history but I'm a science major. I actually looked forward to this class more than my science classes. Take this guy and you can't go wrong. Tests are based on the lectures but I'd review the advised readings before the tests. If you don't do well in this class then I'd go ahead and sign up for a lobotomy.

Amazing and engaging instructor. Keeps classes interesting and entertaining. Worth getting up at 8am for. All tests are multiple choice and come directly from the notes taken in class. Put a little effort into studying and you can get an A

Dr. Baker is the best teacher ever. He's hilarious and makes the class interesting. He cares about his students and will revise grades and throw out questions that students felt were unfair or not discussed in class. I hate history and even though his class was easy, I still feel I learned more in this class than any others this semester.

Mr. Baker is AWESOME! He keeps the class interesting by throwing in jokes whenever he can. He teaches exactly what is on the test. Attendance policy is pretty strict, but if you miss one of his classes, it is hard to catch up, so don't skip!

I took Dr. Baker for two different classes. He probably stands as my favorite college professor. He is absolutely hilarious, he knows the material thoroughly and doesn't even need to look at notes to hold his lecture, and he is extremely helpful. I'm very fortunate that I took him for my History classes. I had no idea that he would be so awesome.

The tests are over his lectures, not the book, & focus on concepts opposed to names & dates. He is reasonable and clear. Fun but professional. By far my favorite Professor. I hated history until I took his class.

Dr Baker si the best. I sprained my ankle before his class and wasn't able to attend. Didn't even mark me absent. He's fair, and is one of the few teachers I have to learn my name and actually have an interest in our lives. He's that professor that everybody talks about changing your life. He's more than a history teacher.

I had Baker for U.S. History. I was amazing. I normally hate history and he made me love it. He's very funny and has a way of making everyone pay attention. His tests come from the lectures and his lectures are based off the book. I am a visual learner to reading the book helped me understand the material more but you dont need it really. Very good

Had Baker for US History.... The best advice I can give you is to record the lectures and take notes then it comes easy. He is amazing and funny. Each test has 35 questions and there are only 4 tests and a final. His tests are the lectures basically word for word!!!

Zeb Baker is a revolutionary professor. He understands college life (socially and academically). He keeps you interested through his enthusiasm and charisma. He will take pride in learning your name. He is very helpful and easy to approach. There are 4 tests and a final. No home homework, but class is mandatory. Study lecture notes. You will laugh.

He is the best professor ever! If you pay attention to class and take a good note, there is no way you get B in this class. Every exam comes directly from notes!! Attendance is mandatory, but he sometimes cancels the classes. He exempts the final exam for students who get a 93% average or above on 4 exams. He is very helpful, nice, and funny.

The Pillsbury Dough Boy, as he refers to himself, is one of the best teachers I have ever had. He had my respect and held my interest throughout the semester. He makes his lectures very entertaining by making use of commentary. He is easy going but he is strict on everyone coming to class and being on time. I never wanted to miss his class.

It seems almost impossible to fail if you show up and take notes. So funny and makes the class interesting. Would be dumb not to take his class! You won't regret it!

He is Awesome! his lectures are so fun and his tests are right from the lectures so show up! but all i did was read my notes before the test and i did great in the class. only 4 - 5 tests and thats it for the grades. he is really funny and a friendly professor. he knows your name and makes sure everyone understands. i highly recommend him

This professor is probably one of the best ones I had so far! He is extremely funny, and makes a boring subject interesting. 4 tests and he dropped the lowest test grade. No book required, but i would suggest you record his lectures because there are no notes given. He talks the whole lecture and thats it, the only reason he got a 3 for easiness.

Best techer ive ever had in a long time. If this class is availible, you are very lucky and should grab it!!! Take good notes (i suggest on computer bc its alot to take in). Go to his office and ask any questions you have, take notes. Record lectures and listen to them and make sure you have good notes and you should make an A!!!

He will help you in any way you can and actually teaches- there's not powerpoints or typed notes, you just have to listen and write. So thankful I got the opportunity to have him as a teacher!

Excellent professor. Being a veteran/non-traditional student, it's a pleasure coming to a class where the instructor is an expert in the subject and at the same time MAKES you want to learn. He was very straightforward and went out of his way to make sure you knew everything you needed to know. No textbook for our class either. Highly recommend.

2-3 tests. 1 final. All worth the same amount of points. He knows you by face and name. So if you miss he knows to count you absent, which will effect your final grade.

Dr. Baker rocks. I put "Easy A" on the easiness scale because face it, if you go to his classes he MAKES SURE you understand what he is teaching. It's not a "snooze-fest" of a typical history class. He makes it interesting. And he does headstands, as it has been mentioned. I hate history, yet I LOVED his class.
