Anyone who doesn't really understand what Garber is teaching would call him a fool. It is, by far, this students personal opinion that Zev Garber is one of the best academic and life teachers that i have had the pleasure of meeting. if your reading this zev, remember... theres a boxer and a medic in your corner at all times.

This class gave me a solid understanding of Judaism and Christianity. You will have no assignments due until the last 5 weeks of class. Those assignments are 5 term papers, so keep up with the reading or you will be crushed. The reading is academic and difficult. He is a lenient grader if you do the work. Very insightful class. Worth taking.

So what if he goes off on little rants every now & then about Judaism, the man knows his stuff & its only slackers who don't like him

Professor Garber is a passionate, excellent teacher who looks into a more practical form of philosophy, rather than discuss a large amount of "ism"s, he teaches societal lessons through philosophy. There are 4-5 papers that determine your grade. And people, just because YOU can't think, that doesn't mean he's to blame. First rate teacher!
