Great teacher. The work is not very hard, but on the test, you will have to read the book a lot because her "Study Guide" don't help at all. Overall, you will have fun and should walk away with at least a "B".

It was a fun class. Took it during summer for 5 week session. She was nice and helpful. Tests are easy! Its one of those classes you just know you'll have fun in. Oral presentation was easy as long as you put some effort and the class grades you. Potluck party at the end was awesome! She is a good teacher. Highly recommend! Take with friends!

i cant stand her voice, its the most annoying you've ever heard. but the class is very easy. i suggest you take it in summer session to get it over with.

Easy A. Yes she has a high-pitched voice but she's great and I recommend her and this class. If you attend class and put some effort into your oral presentation you will do well. I don't recommend taking it off campus though. Too much of a hassle (for me at least).

very nice teacher sometimes loud but u can handle it she tries to learn from her students and tries to change for them. easy A, open notes, open books, and a partner. persentation not more than 40 min very easy, fun class, very recomended.

She is a great teacher. This semester she did everything in groups. we took the midterm and final with a partner and a presentation with a group (group member of your choice so take this class with a friend.she makes it very very very easy to get an A, her point system is great!!

Easy, easy, and EASY!!! Nice teacher, annoying voice, but it was tolerable. Potluck @ the end of the semester...group assignments all the time, allowed open note, book, and a partner to take all the tests including the final. Very understanding. Chill class. Take her!

take note, this wasn't my favorite class. prof. rose was a fair & interested teacher, overall the class was okay. again, group presentation, pot luck, open book/partener essay exams for midterm - not final, health (news) reports due each class and in class discussion. she is very helpful, i recommend her for that alone.

This is a fun class, but you must do a 30-45 minute presentation. If you really think about it, 30-45 minutes is a long long time. In this class you must at least pretend that youre getting to know everyone. Really, really was not worth the effort. If you think you can handle these things then take the class. Also gives unreasonable classwork.

I just want to say to all the rest of you, I liked that the students graded you, mostly b/c I was friends with them so i knew they were going to give me a good grade, but it was really easy, the presentation didn't bug me that much and it was an easy A!

I really liked this class and it was REALLY easy. Just get on the teacher's good side from the beginning and it will be a breeze. It was an easy summer class.

Class is pretty easy. Lets you pair up for midterm and final. The biggest thing is the presentation 30-45 minutes. Hope you get a good partner otherwise your grade will be lacking points. She picks it for you.

Doesn't believe in causing stress for her class so she makes everything as simple as possible:Grades on a curve,presentations graded by class,group classwork,open discussions,group-midterm,take-home final,potluck on last day of class. Its seriously a joke. I shared a textbook. She is obsessed with her chihuahua "Peanut" & her voice is very annoying

Take her and you'll be okay. She is very helpful and the subject isn't difficult. Really a caring teacher, even offers to write a rec. Um, yeah there's potluck and a presentation... make a powerpoint, bring some brownies, and deal with it.

She's very clear and fun when shes teaches.Easy class fun projects gets everyone involed. Didn't used the book too much. Teaches current events. GREAT TEACHER!!! LOVE THE POT LOCK !!!

She was absolutely wonderful, really went out of her way to make the cllass interseting. She was one of those teachers that really made a difference in my life.

Took the summer session so it was at a faster pace, so who knows how much fun you will have in the Fall/Spring! Enjoy and listen to her she is wise!

Zina was a very nice woman. her voice is one that cant be compared to. Might seem a little bit mean at first but is totally nice, just be on your best behavior and DONT get caught with your cell phone out in class.

Dr. Rose has been the best teacher that I have ever taken. She is very fun and funny. I recommend for you to take her class.

Really sweet and caring. The class was fun and I really enjoyed the Health Reports. The hardest part of the class is the students create the exam questions - so you have to really read the chapters which can be a lot during the short terms. But overall, I'd recommend her class to anyone!

I do not understand why so many students are complaining about her being an easy teacher. So what if she is easy!!! Why would you want to get a hard teacher? She grades fair and there is a group project. Tests and midterm are worth a great part of the grade but it is very easy!!! The material is basic and she tries to help her students out a lot

Very Easy Professor Easiest "A" but you have to attend class every day or she will get mad at you. She does take attendance. Yes, she looked grumpy but she was so sweet on the inside. Probably the easiest class I have ever taken. NO homework and 2 tests (1 midterm and 1 final). You do not have to study for these tests as the answers are common sense and the tests take about 15-20 minutes to complete. And you take them with a partner. She's super nice and very easy to talk to.

Awesome Professor, extremely nice and easy going. Group tests, creative project (game show), films, very nice class. However, she is not a role model but she is very smart. She has a PhD in the subject of Health which I do not believe any other Health Professors at Pierce College do. She is so nice! Take her for an easy A.

Profesor Rose is one of the best health teachers at Pierce College. She teaches very clearly and tells you beforhand what is going to be on the midterm/ final. You grade is based on a group project, midterm, folder, and final. Please take this class, you will learn a lot. I love this teacher so much that I can take this class again.

Her class is pretty easy if you studied. A lot of you grades are based on you project, and make sure you participate. A few chapter test and easy to pass if you studied. Highly recommended if you just want a B, and spend only 2 hours a week to study.

I took this class last semester... I could say that this professor cares about your opinion and the way she teaches her class. I learned more in the way of lecture she gave than in any other.

Zina is a fair professor. You will have a group project, don't wait for the last minute it is 25% of your grade. Show up, participate, be respectful and you will pass.

She's very kind and flexible as a teacher. Mid terms and finals are taken with a partner, so choose who you can count on! Be ready to write current updates on health. She's not a tough grader and she wants everyone to pass with an A.

Professor Rose was a great professor. She does give extra credit and tries to make the class fun. When you take the midterm and the final, you do end up taking it with a partner. She tells good stories from her family and gives interesting current events to share with the class. If you do well in her class, you should be get an easy A.

Group project are easy because she will let you choose a different topic that is based on health. she also let you out a little early. this is a pretty easy A class. But only if you do your work. if you dont do your work, you will fail.
